I haven’t found a better place than Jem!!! They get booked out but always accommodate. You get what you pay for FIXED RIGHT ONCE!! Every time very responsive. They work on all my fleet vehicles and diesel with no issues thanks for the great service 👍 patty and John & crew

Patty was super helpful. It was close to closing and I needed an emergency tire patch/plug for my Lexus NX. She made sure I was taken care of quickly and I was safely back on the road in no time! Excellent service and competitive prices. Thank you for the quick and quality repair.

My 1st mechanic here in the area retired. The guys he had working for him I didn't trust. I reached out to Jem and met Patty. She's a gem,assured me they'll take care of me don't worry. Had front end worked done, and new tires installed that were delivered to the shop. I was so happy to find a home mechanic, for my wife and I late model vehicles. Thanks again to Patty,John and staff.

This is the best auto mechanic ever. They are pros from top to bottom. Entire staff front and back are superb. No one else touches my cars for needed services.

I've used them for oil changes and tire rotations and they were able to work with my schedule to get me in and out quickly.
In the last 2 months I've had 2 tire emergencies where Patti has gotten me in and fixed on the same day! I highly recommend them!

Excellent service. My car had a cracked exhaust manifold and I took it to Jem yesterday morning without an appointment. They took it it in and it was fixed by 2 PM. The price was also very reasonable but the main thing is that the process was very organized and smooth. They are my “go to”auto shop now in Middlesex.

Brought my car after I botched the repair myself. John was extremely helpful and straightforward when diagnosing and fixing my car. Staff didn’t try to upswell any repairs or services that weren’t need and price was amazing for the amount of work done. Will be coming back whenever work needs to be done.

Have taken my cars here for years and they always do a great job for a good price. John and has good staff and Patty is very pleasant and helpful when you call on the phone. I have recommended a few people to them who were looking for a new mechanic.

My car wasn't starting and I kind of figured it was the battery. I called Jem and they were at my house within 10 mintues. Not only are they very good at what they do but they are very reliable and their prices are great. I've been to many places for all different vehicles and Jem has been the only place that has fixed the problem and didn't over charge me like most of the other auto centers. If you want your car fixed right at a honest price my advice is go to Jem you won't regret it I promise :)

I have been bringing my cars, my family's cars and any other car I can get my hands on to JEM for over 20 years. They do exceptional work at a great price. I've since moved to north jersey, but I still drive an hour to bring my car here whenever I need anything. I usually just drop the car off and tell John to just do what needs to be done because I know they are fair and trustworthy. They stand behind everything and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The owner, his staff, and mechanics are polite, accommodating, and have integrity. The quality of work is always well above average and they take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. I have recommended several people to go there and they were not disappointed. Only place I trust....

Couldn't ask for better!! Always honest and does what's required to fix the car. Had my van worked on for a sliding door issue and the dealership wanted $150 just to look at it! Googling the issue said it would be 500-3000, depending on repairs. Total at Jem was $400 and it was fixed (including a battery I didn't know I needed to replace and an oil change). Was a steal... wouldn't take it anywhere else for major work for sure.

I wouldn't take any of my vehicles anywhere else...John and his staff are the best...great repairs and honest pricing.
