I had to come see the audiologist twice for my two year old. They claimed she was hearing at a 38 or 40 decimal, when they tested her twice while she was screaming and squirming. They refused to answer any questions I had about how they could test her that way, without giving me time as a parent to caln her down so they could do their job properly. When my husband asked a few questions she replied in a short tone which was offensive and unprofessional, aiming she had done the job for thiirty years. If this were true she would've been more professional and would have listened to our concerns instead of making it sound like my child was going to be "retarded". I'm still searching for her supervisor to speak with.
