I got a new Hannibal Rail with Vortex Red Dot sight for my new Mini-30. Had a few challenges with the installation. Called Samson and got ahold of Kirk W. He was professional, patient, friendly and most importantly, very helpful. I'm very pleased with my purchase and can't wait to get to the range! I highly recommend Samson Mfg. and I'll definitely shop with Samson again.

I purchased a few of their b-tm parts for my 10/22. They were very helpful when I had questions and the parts are great quality. I will definitely buy from them again.
(It seems like the negative reviews are from people that have never dealt with them or ordered their products and are basing their reviews off of one video on YouTube)

I emailed a question about a replacement part and I got a reply in under 1 minute from Kirk W on their support team. Within 30 minutes, I had an order in for the part. I can't imagine anyone with a faster turn around than that in these times. Kirk W. we salute you!

I ordered the A-TM Folding Stock for my 1979 Mini 14 in black to match my gun. The stock came very well packed and in less then a week from when I ordered it. I am a carpenter that does high end work in multi-million dollar homes in Greenwich CT. I was throughly impressed with how well this stock fit my gun. The finish was near identical to my original stock (only in better condition).
Very nice to see people still make quality products.

GREAT COMPANY...ignore these people w fake 1 star reviews. it's one dude who likes to video people for a reaction and then whine and cry about police being called. they aren't the police station or a government facility.. you are making a private company think someone is going to hurt or stalk an employee. I hate people who do this. These guys make some of the best product on the market and don't deserve this. These people need to find something to do w their time other than messing with quality American businesses. I don't work for them just buy from them and this is ridiculous.

Ignore the bot reviews about this company. If you look closely they all have the same theme and their profiles have reviews from many states and different businesses with the same theme. This company delivers great American made products and the customer service has always been fantastic.

This review is more about customer service than the product although the Evo handguards are excellent and I highly recommend them. However, I feel the customer service at Samson is exceptional since I had an unusual request for an exchange on an item and Mr. Whatley was quick to respond, courteous and very helpful. He spent a lot of time corresponding with me for what turned out to be a $5 sale (exchange) for Samson. THAT,  is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back and I wanted the company to know that it is appreciated.

Complete trash of a company. Their staff lie regarding the actions of American citizens in an attempt to have them arrested, for merely filming the building from the street. Good thing the unfriendly cops of Keene at least saw the truth and didn’t act upon those lies.

I saw on YouTube that Samson employees lie and violate the Constitution and its laws just like USA government employees! Best to do public business elsewhere.

Very poor quality craftsmanship on the A-TM stock. After waiting 3+ months to receive my stock I get what looks like an unfinished unstained high school wood shop project. On top of that it does not function as one of the parts they milled is not the same as the original specs causing the entire gun to massively shift every time it is fired. I had to put in the factory correct part from one of my own original stocks to make it a functioning stock. Buyer beware, awful product, seems very rushed and sloppy.

I’ve never worked here or bought products from here personally, however, my personal cell # is posted on their receiving door. Constantly get calls from people trying to deliver to this location spanning several months. I’ve reached out to them several times to remedy this situation to no avail. Complete incompetence is all I have dealt with so far. Very unreasonable for this to keep happening. It’s very unfortunate I can’t give less than 1 star.
