The Pride crew did an excellent job installing a new boiler and water heater. Everything went very smoothly from estimate all the way to installation. Chris, Job, Steve, and the rest of the team were a real pleasure to work with. They answered every question that I had and then some. I will use them for all of my future plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Pride. They sent Chris to my house who not only assessed our problem with the water sump pump but pointed out other issues with the older plumbing in our house that would need to be addressed down the road. During an inspection of the basement pipes a small leak in the hot water pipes was also discovered that needed to be replaced as well. The service provided was done professionally and in a timely and clean manner. I plan on using them for future plumbing jobs, and highly recommend them for a worry-free job.

When my boiler and water heater needed to be replaced, Chris throughly explained/answered my questions regarding replacing them; and Sean and the installation team did an excellent job installing the new ones.

Pride Services has done all of the plumbing/ heating/ maintenance work for our house over the past year and a half. They have installed a new boiler and water heater, replaced the cartridge in the tub to stop water leaking, and also, recently, have done a water heater flush and we are pleased with the excellent results. Pride Plumbing was recommended to me 4 months ago when I unexpectedly found a major leak in my basement. Danny called me back within 20 minutes and had one of his plumbers at my house within an hour. My entire main drain pipe had to be replaced and it was a big job. A team of plumbers from Pride worked at my house for 2 - 3 full days and they were all professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.

Last week, my old gas boiler broke down and Danny and his awesome team were at my house the next day to replace the boiler. It was yet another job well done and I appreciate their professionalism and sense of urgency. I highly recommend Pride Plumbing!

I have used Pride twice for two separate jobs and continue to be impressed by the ease of scheduling appointments, their professionalism and customer service. Prices appear fair and transparent and the work to be done was explained to my satisfaction.Efficiency and punctuality appear hallmarks of their service. Would not hesitate to use again.

Job and Steve are some of the best plumbers I have dealt with. Further, they were even better service representatives and I appreciate their friendly demeanor in addition to the quality work they did. Good company, but those two made it for me. 5 stars.

We were very pleased with the quality Pride plumbing’s service. The plumbers were reliable and thorough and did a great job explaining issues and potential problems, while letting us know the severity of the problems without pushing us to make decisions. They were able to detect problems that other plumbers didn’t see and found the most cost-effective solution for fixes. They also clearly document the work with photos so you can see the before and after. We’d gladly hire them again.

My hot water heater suddenly stopped working. I tried everything to get it going again. I was recommended to call Danny, at Pride Plumbing. Danny was able to come over the very next morning and was able to repair my hot water heater quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to answer my questions and to explain to me the condition my current boiler is in and what future steps I should take in order to avoid any other issues. He was honest and very knowledgeable. I will be calling Pride Plumbing when it is time to replace my boiler.

Very satisfied with its water heater replacement service. Danny O'Leary, Pride's technician, is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. No nonsense and no hard sell on maintenance plan. Instead, after examinations, he honestly answered my questions in terms of what other services my house might be needed. I immediately made future booking. I am lucky that I haven't encountered very unpleasant service dealings in the past but this experience with Pride is over the top. The young lady in the office is also very nice and pleasant to work with. If any future services my house needs can be provided by them, I will not hesitate to contact them. I highly recommend Pride Services.

I can’t say enough good things about the entire crew at Pride Services. I contacted Pride for an estimate to install a Combi hot water heater/Boiler and a water filtration system. I met with Steve for the estimate and he was excellent. He answered every question I had and went over every step and detail about the job. When the work started the entire crew was very professional, knowledgeable, clean working environment. The workmanship and quality that the team at Pride takes is like no other company. I Highly recommend Pride services for any plumbing needs you might need. They are the only plumbers you will ever call.

The plumbing service provided by Pride was professionaly done by Chris. He was friendly and neat, would gladly have him do future work for us.

We are so happy with Pride Plumbing's service! Our heat wasn't working and they got it ready in time for Winter. Chris arrived on time and was polite & professional. He was able to answer all our questions and showed us what he was doing every step of the way. We were really impressed with his knowledge and strong work ethic. We would recommend them to our neighbors and will use them again in the future.

Couldn’t have asked for more. The receptionist was kind and was able to get a plumber to our home within 2 hrs. Danny was courteous, made sure to keep everything clean and explained what he fixed and price was definitely fair. Would 100% use them again!!

1/4/2024: I continue to and will continue to call Pride Services for all my plumbing needs. Pride is the most honest, professional, friendly, and provides excellent quality of work each and every time I need them!

7/13/23. Since moving into our new home April 2021, we had Pride come for many various jobs: update and clean boiler, install water filtration system, replace radiator valve, leaky pipe under kitchen sink, many others, etc. Every technician who comes is very professional, patient, excellent honest workers. Such a pleasure to have a company like Pride that I can call without worry. Thank you Dan, Steve and Chris of Pride Services!!

I cannot stress how much I like and respect Danny O'Leary's Pride Plumbing. They are efficient, knowledgeable, honest, and captained by a thirty-something year old who is at the top of his game. In the plumbing business, Pride is as good as they come. So when you need a plumber, who ya gonna call? Pride Plumbing.

Danny called at 7:45 and said he would be over that afternoon and I said I'll call someone else and he was there by 10AM. Job was complete and I will have him back. This is an old house!

I can't tell you how awesome Pride Plumbing is. It is my second time using them, and for big projects. Unfortunately, like the first time, it's work that's behind the scenes because of leaks in this old house. I called on a Sunday knowing I would leave a message and it was the first thing Monday morning I got a call from Danny. Sean was there in the morning to assess the situation. Gave me a price, never happy, but he is professional. He was back the next day, doing work with a colleague. Totally recommend them for sure!
