I noticed the delicious smell of the air as soon as I walked in! A wonderful variety of teas, spices and rubs and so much more! Staff was friendly and helpful without being overly attentive (allowing us to browse at our own pace). I would park in the lower lot if possible, the stairs were a bit tricky to come down in the snow. I highly recommend if you are looking for local taste options specific to New England Cuisine.

The place is a treasure house of exotic flavors. The oils and flavored balsamic vinegar taste clean. This is a store for good cooks. Every thing here Is the highest quality.

Extensive selection. I wanted a gift box but didn’t want the generic one. I was able to customize it by selecting two items I wanted, and they packaged them beautifully for me. Excellent customer service!

Olive oil in every flavor you didn't know that you absolutely need. Tasting of the oils and vinegars will make you a habitual customer. This oil vendor has bettered the experience by providing a fabulous offering of dried herbs, spices and amazing blends. Recipes and serving suggestions galore. They will be happy to create a great gift basket for you to impress your friends and family. So buy here and remember that you can bring your bottles back to refill!

Was introduced to this shop a couple years ago and it has become my go to shop for all things oil, vinegar, and spices.

The variety is something you will never find in a supermarket, and most likely you haven't seen or heard of the different flavors.

You can sample any and all of the different balsamic vinegars (white and dark) and oils, as well as all of the salts and spice blends.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and can help guide you to different flavors and combinations, whether you have a recipe in mind or you are just looking to try something new. They also provide a plethora of different recipes to try, both in store and in their website.

There are many different size bottles you can purchase, including sample sizes for trying without buying too much.

Their new salt and spice room is a must see, as well as their selection of essential oils.

This place is well worth the drive (I come from Merrimack) and is located in downtown Peterborough, so you can make a day out of a trip there.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable about the olive oils & balsamic vinegars & willing to share recipes. Not crowded, did not come across as being as touristy as other places I have been.

You have to visit if you're in the area. The olive and balsamic oils and oil blends are all available to taste test before you buy. There are other consignment items for sale, including spices and essential oils. Again, well worth the trip!

A friend took me to the shop right before Thanksgiving. We tasted just about everything. Awesome, awesome, awesome. I bought a bottle of vinegar and oil each for my son and family. My friend bought me a bottle of Honey Ginger white balsamic. OMG it is so amazingly delicious!

OMG!! Check this place out. Such interesting and delicious oils, vinegars and spices. Clean and well organized and the staff was so sweet. Glad my brother brought me to see this store. I will be back, and if you like unusual..don't miss this store!

This place smells wonderful, the choices are numerous, and the tastes! *Swoon* They invite you to try before you buy . The spice shop in the back is also amazing. Everything you need to make incredible meals is here.

I've had their flavored oil and vinegar before and checking out the shop was nice. Great selection of olive oils and vinegar for a variety of applications. Have a sample of the strawberry vinegar, you'll be surprised.

Gourmet oils and vinegars, every kind you can imagine under the sun. You are allowed samples and knowledgeable staff too. Also a medley of spices and other gourmet accoutrement available. Our go-to spot for these items.

Quality products and a decent price.

Oils are excellent! Spices are great! Pricey but that's the going rate of olive oils that quality.
