Steve's Pizza

Found this spot on the way home to get a quick pie for my fam. We love pizza so we barely deviate from our normal pizza spots. This is one of the best kept secrets in somerset NJ. We are pizza purists and we've tried a lot of different places, we're spoiled since NJ has a lot of really good quality spots. We've only had the plain pie from here, so cant really speak to anything else but we love it and this has been our top choice for the last few weeks.

I recently stopped by and tried both the cheese pizza and the tomato slice, and I have to say, they did not disappoint.

The cheese pizza had a fluffy crust that was just the right thickness, not too thin and not too thick. The sauce was decent, not too sweet or tangy, and the cheese was definitely the star of the show. It was gooey and delicious, with just the right amount on top. Overall, it was a solid cheese pizza that hit the spot.

The tomato slice was also a standout. The base was thin and crispy, and the juicy, fresh tomatoes added a great flavor profile. It was the perfect choice for a lighter option that still satisfied my pizza cravings.

While the atmosphere at Steve's Pizza is nothing fancy, the pizza more than makes up for it. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. If you're looking for a classic pizza joint that serves up tasty, no-nonsense pizza, Steve's Pizza is definitely worth a visit.

Some of the best tasting pizza around! We use to live closer to get delivery but now we either pick it or use slice. Every now and then we have an order mix-up (nobody is perfect) but they always make it right.

Classic pizza shop vibes! Service is fantastic! Food is average price and very delicous. Inside is a bit tight, but gives a nice "hole in the wall" pizza place feel! Been going there my whole life, and always get treated with a warm welcome and friendly conversation!

The workers are not afraid to meet the attitudes of the customers, especially the rude ones. If you're rude, they won't want you back, and will verbalize it! The one star rates are the rude people. Take it from a pizza vet!

Steve's Pizza is another Hidden Gem, near Buy Rite behind IHOP. When we dont feel like cooking but sick of fast food eating we just order ahead for pickup. Great cold or hot sandwiches, excellent Italian entrees and yummy pizza selection. They are doing a Great Job with quarantine and distancing even though dining-in is suspended. Please remember to support them during quarantine- they've got Heart and Terrific Eats as always.
