COPD Services has to be one of the worst medical supply companies I have ever had to deal with. In the last year that my family and I have had to deal with them they have been late or completely lost my moms trach supply orders. When dealing with a trach it is very important to have all the equipment clean and ready when needed. She has had to go to the hospital with an infection and to get her inner cannula tubes because of the mistakes COPD has made. Not to mention how rude the customer services reps are if you have anything to say that they do not like. If you are looking for a supply company I would suggest to keep looking this is not a place I would refer anyone to. Of course some of you will have to learn this on your own but don't say I didn't warn you.
