We had a dental done for one of our kitties. The staff was absolutely incredible. They were so kind the second you entered the door. They were thorough with every explanation from the procedure to the quote and aftercare. I highly recommended them to all! Thank you for making our girl feel herself again! You are all amazing

This veterinary clinic has become an extension of my family, I cannot recommend them enough! It would be an understatement to say it has been a tough few years medically for my aging crew. The staff here have been with me every step of the way. They celebrate the wins and provide support during the tougher moments. Dr. Baldwin has personally gone above and beyond for my fur kids (and me!) routinely and for that I am forever grateful. It is so tough to find high-quality, compassionate care lately and I can honestly say that the folks at this clinic do so consistently. So, if you see this, thank you for all you do for us! Including a picture of the grateful fur-kids! Next challenge: find this quality of medical care for us humans!

We recently relocated so after taking our Westie to the same vet for 9 yrs, had to find a new clinic. We were very happy with the treatment we received from Dr Hewitt and the vet techs. They were very thorough, had actually looked at her records that were sent, answered all our questions and most importantly, gave Linnie lots of attention and made her (and us) feel comfortable.

Our Labradors have been with Dr. Lori Baldwin from the time each was 8 weeks old, and we can’t imagine having a more skilled or compassionate veterinarian than she. Our two eldest Labradors recently passed at 14 years old and Dr. Baldwin and Mercedes Wheeler were with us throughout…and honestly, my husband and I are so eternally thankful for both as they helped us more than words can express.
Each and every person we have encountered throughout our years at the Animal Care Clinic, whether it be a well checkup or emergency, has been friendly, helpful, and professional…and they all truly care for their clients.
We would highly recommend this veterinary clinic…as would each of our beloved dogs who we always referred to as the Hooligans and who actually enjoy their visits!

The place is very clean. The staff are tremendously respectful and knowledgeable.

I love Dr. Baldwin. She’s a great Vet who has taken care of my dogs with compassion, knowledge & sweetness. Plus Jessica in the office is always accommodating & also very knowledgeable. Great place❤

The staff was immediately responsive to my needs from Kevin in reception to exam and treatment! The lobby is inviting. The checkout process was simple and follow up appointments were scheduled to my schedule needs. Kitty Clark, was treated gently but efficiently. We now have services that I trust and look forward to having all our feline needs met.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my rescued, reactive, insecure, and oversized German Shepherd. Dr Baldwin is patient, knowledgeable, kind, and determined to keep everyone safe, including my animal. We have worked together to overcome behavioral issues and make our vet visits comfortable and stress free without sacrificing throughness and quality of care. Building a confident dog through endless training and patience is a team effort and I am so lucky to have Dr Baldwin on my team who strives to work toward whats best for for my animal and her willingness to not settle for less than his fullest potential. As a helicopter dog mom and an advocate for fearful and reactive dogs, I am so grateful to have stumbled upon Dr. Baldwin for my reactive girl. I told her going to the vet was very stressful for my dog and therefor for me, and that she had a bite history, and Dr. Baldwin quickly put my mind at ease. She makes our appointments easier by bending to my girls quirks and making her more comfortable. Thanks to her understanding and compassion, appointments have gone from hiding under the bench the whole time to now not being able to get enough love from the doctor and the techs. (All the lovely techs greeting her and giving her cookies helps too!) I would highly recommend choosing Animal Care Clinic and Dr. Baldwin for your pets needs.

They were wonderful. Whole staff was friendly and caring with my girl. Dr. Divini was awesome and fixed her right up quickly. they were the only ones who even tried to fit her into the schedule for an emergency. Will recommend them to everyone.

I absolutely love this place!! All of the veterinarians are amazing! They actually listen to you and help you find the best ways to help your pets. They are thorough and easy to communicate with. The staff is kind, caring and amazing! My dogs love going here, even my Maltese is good when here and she was awful at our last 3 vets. Getting meds is so easy with the app, you just order and pay and it shows up to your door in 2-3 days.

I cannot say enough good things about them. I left another vet in the area and was hesitant to go to another vet. Dr Baldwin was the first vet we saw and within minutes I knew we would be patients here for a long time. Dr DeVinne has been amazing in helping me with a rescue I took in.

Took our dog here with potential signs of skin infection or mange. We recently moved from our own house with fenced in yard to an apartment and couldn’t risk anything for our dog or other dogs here in complex. We also hadn’t taken her to vets for a while as irresponsible as that was... We had several excuses but no excuse is good enough to not take animal to vet. BUT the staff here was SO nice and although I felt terrible and guilty of everything under the sun- they still showed our dog compassion and created a safe treatment plan since we also have a newborn at home and mange can be scary! 10/10 recommend having your furry family members come to this clinic!

I made a post on Peterborough Facebook community page in search of a new Veterinarian for our new family member King. Several people recommended ACC. I’m so glad I chose them. Dr Devinne was extremely thorough, friendly and provided me with great information. The entire team was amazing from walking in to walking out. We Thank you!

We have three dogs and take all of them here. One has bad anxiety and Dr Baldwin and the entire team have gone above and beyond to make him comfortable. They've really worked to form a bond, make him comfortable, and give him the best care possible. I'm so grateful to have found a vet clinic that cares for all our dogs so well, especially our slightly neurotic fellow. Couldn't recommend them enough, especially if you have a pet that requires a little extra TLC. ❤

Responsive and very competent care for my fur baby in need of immediate attention. But remember, ultimate best results only happen when the owner and veterinarian collaborate. Owner has to implement the follow-up care instructions!

I have been going here to see Lori Baldwin for over 10 years. My dogs are protection trained and she is very confident handling them. I muzzle them for everyones protection and confident that they receive the best of care. Her caring ways and explanation of any issues are taken care of in the best possible way!
I would not trust anyone else but Dr Baldwin when dealing with my dogs. She is considered exceptional when handling the strongest of dogs! Could not be happier!❤

Dr. Baldwin is one of the best and the staff as well. We have seen our fair share of special needs dogs in this house and she has always been there for them and us! This year however we were dealt a major blow when our 2 year old Aussie was diagnosed with an extremely rare brain issue. This diagnosis has led to the destruction of his endocrine system as well as central nervous issues. Newly added complication of megaesophagus. The last 3 months Dr. Baldwin has been fighting hard in our corner to get him the best care possible. She is working closely with his neurologist and doing everything possible to give him the best life he can have with all of this. If it wasn't for Dr. Baldwin, I don't believe he would still be with us today. We are happy to be a part of the Animal Care Clinic Family!

Wen m have recently acquired a young kitten, and had our first vet visit with Dr. Lattanzi. We were very happy with her thorough exam and the information she shared with us as new kitten owners. All our interactions with staff have been positive and very helpful!

Animal Care Clinic (ACC) is one of the best veterinary hospitals where I have taken my dogs. I have lived in many different states/cities/towns over the years including Canada. I am a devoted dog owner and work closely with trainers to bring out the best in my dogs. The Animal Care Clinic is clean, organized and staffed with exceptional veterinarians, vet techs and support staff. Everyone is compassionate, considerate, knowledgeable and willing to help. I recently took my dogs in to see Dr. Baldwin and she was patient and kind while working with me managing my dog’s care. Dr. Baldwin, Dr. DeVinne and Dr. Hewitt have been incredible assisting me with my 3 year old Malinois who had emergency spinal surgery due to a freak accident. Everyone takes the time to listen and work through any and all challenges, including making the tough decisions no matter the pet’s age/condition.

I am proud to be a client and highly recommend all the veterinarians at Animal Care Clinic, their exceptional vet techs and staff.
