Derry Restaurant & Pizza

We have driven by many times and wondered about this unassuming looking restaurant. Finally pulled in on a whim to give it a shot. Parking lot was packed but we were still immediately sat at a table. The name of the place is "Derry Restaurant & Pizza" and that's exactly what it is. Nothing fancy, just a restaurant, and they know what they are doing. Service was excellent. I noticed every server on the floor was knowledgeable of the menu and could answer any questions. Our food came out fast. The chicken parm looked amazing and it was. The gyro sandwich was great. I left this restaurant simply amazed that we took so long to try this gem. People tell me that they've always been great and I believe it. Thinking this might be a new staple for us.

It being National Pizza Day, we thought we would try someplace new tonight. A friend told us about this place and off we went. We ordered fried mushrooms. Delicious. Crunchy and such mushroomy goodness on the inside. For pizza we got the Nicks Special and 3 topping with bacon, garlic and onion. Both equally scrumptious. Light crust, very crispy. Good cheese distribution.
And...our server, Holly was new. Believe she said it was her first night. She did great. Even found out the history of the place when I asked her. A+ service. We will be going back to try more dishes!

The food was amazing, my wife had the stuffed peppers, my daughter had the personal pizza, my father in law had the prime rib, my brother in law had the fish and chips, and my mother in law had the coconut shrimp. Why do I remember all this? Because the food was memorable how good it was. It was seriously delicious. The only aspect of this experience that is better than the food is the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. They are like family to us. They treat us so kindly there that we go there every time we go to New Hampshire. It is a 5 star experience. If I had to pick best meal out of the 5 I would vote for the prime rib.

Loved this Mom and Pop Greek restaurant. Got Prime Rib that was perfect. The scalloped potatoes were made by the owner and were phenomenal!! The waitress was very attentive and was engaging. Will definitely come back!

Had fried haddock, a loaded baked potato, and a salad. Food was excellent. Restaurant and rest room were very clean. Plenty to choose from on the menu. My waitress Jill was friendly, fast, (and very cute)! Will definitely return again. Highly recommended!

I dive three hours to come to this establishment. It was great when I used to go there 15 years ago with my family and nothing has changed. it is still filling portions and delicious. Worth the drive for quality food. The customer service is on point you will not be disappointed going here.

5🌟 Best Greek, Italian food in town. Worth coming in here. Everything on Menu Is, Absolutely Delicious. Authentic Greek Pan Pizzas | Fresh New England Seafood | Traditional Greek, Italian & American Cuisine & More. There Fresh Salad to delicious Appetizers. Lunch and Dinner meal's are cooked and made perfect.
They cook with there Heart in it. I Love their Sauce on pizza and in Lasagna. There marinara sauce is made perfect to taste. The people here. Are hard workers. Fast, Friendly Polite very Helpful. Great service. large food size proportions on your plate. Don't forget to save room for there Dessert's. Yummy. Worth coming in.

They have gone out of their way to accommodate (simple) special requests for us and it's so appreciated! The portions are big and I love that they include a side salad and a roll even with take out. Their seafood is surprising good, better than the seafood specialty restaurants in our town or the ones bordering us! Give them a try, they work hard to please!

Been going here for years. Food and service have always been fantastic. We go for lunch most often and I love their veal parmigiana. The pizza here is also very good. If you love prime rib they make one of the best around on Saturday night. Get there early cause the prime rib is so good it sells out quickly.

Great variety of home cooked food. Pizza, sandwiches and dinners. Has a full bar.

Been here a few times and just as good even during these times. The food is Great and service Awesome!
My sirloin steak was just right and my wife loved her lamb chops. The waitstaff could not have been more professional and friendly even the chef made a point to say hello. We highly recommend Derry Restaurant.

We were seated quickly. The waitress was very friendly and quick. We had the potato skin app and it was perfect. Crispy on outside soft in middle and tons of sour cream on the side and plenty of cheese n bacon. I have baked haddock which was awesome. I ate too much. Otherwises there would have been plenty to take home. My friend got chicken parmesan- it overflowed the plate and came with a great little salad. Bar seemed nice- Will def go back

A gem of a restaurant. Hard to find family restaurants like this that are as delicious and friendly/attentive to their customers. It was clear that they have many repeat patrons that they know we'll enough to greet by name. Coming back and will bring family/friends with me.

We have always loved going into the restaurant to enjoy a delicious meal but we just had our daughters first birthday party catered and the entire party was raving about the food! 5 stars is not enough, give them 10!

I've been coming here since before I can remember, the food is always fantastic! I have NEVER had a bad meal here! Nick and Anna are amazing! There house dressing is a must try as is most of the menu! I always look forward to my next meal at Derry Pizza! Thanks for so many good memories over the years! Linda is an out of this world waitress too!

We absolutely loved it! We had great food & great service. Derek was a gem! It was the restaurants second night back after the grand reopening, I ordered the chicken mykono special, sooooo good, the asparagus was done perfectly as well!

Very homey feel, nothing fancy but the food and atmosphere were perfect. Definitely a local favorite spot, so happy to stumble upon this new favorite.

Had my 60th birthday party here Saturday night. Large party that was treated perfectly. Food as always was great. The staff do a great job of making you feel at home. Have been coming here for over forty years and always enjoyed it.

A genuine treat! We have been visiting Derry Pizza Restaurant since I was a child. Now I'm going as a parent. They have options for everyone, with a great mix of Italian/Greek options and traditional American favorites. Their specials are always interesting, and bring a new surprise to the table. They are also vegetarian friendly.
