Rob was so helpful and friendly. He installed my car battery, assisted with cleaning the lens of my headlights, and gave us some great advice! We really appreciate his care and consideration when working on the vehicle. The staff that worked there tonight were all super helpful during such a busy time of the year. You can really tell that Rob loves working on cars too. All around, we appreciated the kind service and will be back.

Returns were easy. customer service was decent.

These guys were awesome. I came in and thought I might need a new battery. The manager took a look at it, ran a test on it cleaned both of the connectors to see if we could expand the life of the old battery first. After doing all the work we realized the car battery still needed to be replaced. Really appreciated the above and beyond! Thank you!

Always seem to be in and out of Advance Auto in a timely fashion, finding what I need quickly. When I can't quite find what I need I'm always assisted by a team member. Greg is extremely pleasant to talk to and will offer his insight on how to fix the problem you're experiencing. I highly recommend Greg and Advance Auto.

I have never been to such a helpful auto parts store. The breaks on our truck broke on our way home from Maine. We spent 10 hours in a walmart parking lot and made 4 trips to this store. They had the parts we needed in stock and we're so helpful and friendly

The staff were super nice and knowledgeable and helped me figure out exactly what I needed to know and found the parts for me everytime I've been here, even when it was a part they didn't have and couldn't even order they pointed me in the right direction even though it was their competition (p.s. the competition didn't have anything)

Rochester, NH, friendly sales manager was helpful although for the make, model didn't have parts.
