Walmart Vision & Glasses

The optician Wendy was such a professional. She not only knows how to help you select frames and fit them well after the glasses are ready. She made it a very pleasant task to select the right lenses and frame after showing her your prescription , insurance and the target prices you are looking for. The price is very reasonable, much better than Target vision center. At Costco I met with a receptionist and she was only interested in selling me two pair of glasses, one of which is a pair of sun glasses. After telling the Costco rep that I’m not interested in the sun glasses, she wouldn’t even continue discussing anything else with me. Sigh. I write this review based on my own personal experiences.

I have going to the Walmart Vision Center in Manville to see Dr. Saqa for around 5 years. My prescription is a bit complicated, but Dr. Saqa always takes his time and comes up with a prescription that always works for me. I'm glad that I found him. Highly recommended!

The ladies that work here are so friendly and helpful. I got my 1st pair of glasses here. No problems. 2 years later they helped me with 2 pairs of glasses I didn't even buy there. Checked to make sure the lenses were correct when I couldn't see out of new glasses I got online. Determined the eye dr I went to gave me the wrong script (not from there). I just brought a new pair in to be adjusted. I didn't buy them there. No problems. I called several eye places and no one would do it. I've never had an eye exam there. They're still friendly and helpful.

I have been going to Dr. Saqa for about 10 years. At first, I wasn't sure about what the quality of care would be in an eye doctor's office located WalMart. As it turned out, my concerns were unfounded. My vision care has always been excellent here and Dr. Saqa is very thorough and always answers my questions or concerns, and is a very nice guy. The cost for exams has been reasonable and for someone without vision insurance that is a concern.

Dr. Saqa was great! I have seen many eye doctors and it always seems like they are selling a business, Dr. Saqa is not. He was very friendly and explained the eye exam procedure to me. Definitely will continue to go there eye exams.

Dr. Saqa is the best part of the vision center at the Manville Walmart. Me and my family have been coming to him for many years. He treats his patients like family and always goes the extra mile for us. I highly recommend him to everyone I know. He has a very loyal following.

Went in today with old frame to get transsion put in. Wendy helped me so much. She found out my ins covers pretty much everything!!! The 3 girls there were so nice and helpful. If you need eye exam or glasses go to them!!!I now am getting new frame and all I wanted for much cheaper then I thought.

The Doctor is absolutely an amazing person. Very helpful and polite staff. Doctor answered all my questions an was absolutely pleasant. 👌🏼👌🏼

Had a wonderful experience this morning with the staff and dr saqa. He was very helpful, answered all of my questions, I didn’t feel rushed, and also took me over to the store area l to show me a contact solution and eye drop he recommended.

Dr Saqa is really good. Best eye doctor!

Glasses are quite expensive

The older lady with glasses was completely rude with her customer service. So rude that my youngest son said dad why did she speak to you in that way. I Will never buy, recommend or come back to this vision department ever again.

My husband hand called on Tuesday for the next day appointment and when speaking to Sharon an older lady he wanted an appointment for 11am on Wednesday but the lady said his appointment if for 12pm on Wednesday. My husband wasn't mad he said ok and ask so tomorrow at 12 and Sharon agreed with him and repeated yes tomorrow at 12. So fast forward to tomorrow and he went at 12. He told the lady I'm here for an appointment for 12 and then the doctor said that he was for 11. When my husband said an lady name Sharon helped him and said 12. She came out and tried to argue with my husband saying no I said 11 then she rudely said we can go back and forth all day or we can make you another appointment. So I won't recommend going there . There customer service sucks and they don't seem to care to be polite.

I went in to get an adjustment on my glasses. The opticians was super rude from the start. She seemed to be upset that I ordered my glasses online even though when I bought them all places that sold glasses were closed. I would get my glasses adjusted at Warby Parker (which is where I bought them from) but their stores are still closed. She ended up doing an adjustment but she clearly didn't seem happy about it. I have gone to multiple opticians in Walmart and Target for adjustments and none of them were as rude as this person. I wouldn't recommend going here. This person wasn't helpful at all.
