I am very happy with the service I received from Matt and Jeremy. My furnace was is good condition. Great inspection! I needed some repairs in my bathroom sink and tub. My faucet was replaced in the sink. My tub needed a new handle that lets the water stay in the tub or drains out. Great job from both guys.

Had Paul The Plumber replace my heating system. Fantastic team . I was notified by text when the crew were going to be arriving. They were courteous and professional. Before I knew it they were telling me they finished the job. Wow awesome I couldn't believe it. Great job and thank you Chris for your help 👍

I called Paul The Plumber out as an emergency service due to the wiring of my blower not working properly.. They came out earlier than quoted fix the problem quickly they were very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and professional. I have used them many times in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommended.

Needed to get my boiler replaced and Paul the Plumber did a fantastic job. They came promptly to my initial call about a lack of hot water, came the next day to provide a quote for a new system, and got me in the calendar quickly for a replacement boiler. They even provided a temporary hot water tank. All of the PTP representatives that I dealt with were very friendly, took the time to answer my questions, and ensured that everything was working perfectly before they left. Customer service is fantastic and they provide a link to let you know where your service technician is and when they are likely to arrive. Would highly recommend for any future plumbing work.

Clay and Tyler came by to replace a part on my hot water heater. After they checked things out I did not need it. However after discussing the option of getting a new water heater decided it was the best option. These two guys were honest, friendly and explained to me everything. I would recommend using Paul the Plumber. They are honest, affordable and keep you posted on their arrival time

Mike E took care of the issue promptly, professionally and friendly. He explained what needed to be fixed and why the parts needed to be replaced and cleaned up the area he worked in leaving no mess. Paul the Plumber technicians always provide excellent service and I’m confident they’re knowledgeable and charge reasonable rates. I’m a happy customer for years, they’ve done a lot of work on my townhouse and never let me down. I trust them always and am comfortable knowing once I call them my concerns are over since they quickly resolve my problems each time.

They were able to fit me in the same day. I appreciate that so much because the toilet is the only one for some disabled folks living in my house. Tyler was nice, professional and transparent about the starting fee and how it may be more if there’s more issues or a bigger issue. I appreciate how nice the receptionist was when I called and I will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing issues! I also love that I got a text that allows me to track the GPS of my service technician so I knew how close they were or an estimated time of approval.

From the time I contacted them the communication was excellent. Constant updates which was great. Salesman was not pushy at all and very informative. The installers and electricians were great. Barely knew they were here. All done in a day and all clean. Thank you..would recommend

Adrian and his assistant Caleb arrived on time and were able to give me a firm estimate on the toilet repairs.
Both technicians were professional, courteous and respectful.
They went right to work and went the extra mile to insure the job was completed correctly.
I was impressed by the knowledge they showed me and the satisfaction I received when the work was finished.
In the future, I'm using Paul the Plumber for all my house hold needs.

they sent out a technician the same day that I called within a few hours at no cost. the tech they sent out was Mike E who was awesome he was the one who ended up doing the water heater install with another tech Kurt. very professional and did great work and very knowledgeable. very upfront on the cost and what work needed to be done. we were happy with the price will be using them again job well done thank you Mike

I was in need of a plumber so I happened to call Paul the Plumber. Was I surprised when the receptionist told me that she could have someone there today! Adrian L. was professional, courteous and equally important, knowledgeable. He addressed the plumbing issues and gave information that we could address ourselves to save money. After talking to my fair share of people who fail to return calls or who are are borderline psycos, I can honestly recommend this company. They are top notch!!

Needed to have old lighting fixtures removed and replaced with new ones. Contacted Paul the Plumber and was scheduled with John L and his associate in a timely fashion. They arrived when they said they would, were very polite, friendly, answered all questions and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They returned to install another light fixture a few days later. We have a few more lights that need to be installed and we will definitely be calling them to set this up. Great job all around!!

The technicians are super friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to talk to about any issues with my system and about future new systems. They Don't push sales pitches. Which is refreshing. Maybe I am out of touch of what sink install costs that was only downside that estimate for sink faucet install was a shock to me.. that being said the Cost of boiler regular maintenance was as expected. Seemed reasonable. They Were prompt and dog friendly...I know my puppy made a new friend today. Lol. Great job guys..

I had a small plumbing issue. Paul The Pumber had a team of two knowledgeable plumbers at my house the next day! They accessed the issue quickly, retrieved parts quickly and job was completed quickly same day. Invoicing all computerized. I would highly recommend! Thank you for resolving my plumbing needs!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Paul the plumber and in particular, my technician Tyree. He came out twice to my home and each time he was considerate, respectful, and very personable. When explaining the situation and how to fix it, he reviewed multiple options and at no point ever pressured me to go in one direction or another. Upon completion, he walked me through what was fixed to ensure I was pleased with the work completed and that I had no further questions. I will highly recommend this company to family and friends!!!

Seth was awesome today. Our hot water tank went last night and he came the next day, gave us an estimate, wish it had been lower, but he was able to do the work before he left. He did a great job, explained everything, was pleasant and professional and cleaned up after himself. Thank you Seth and Paul the Plumber for another job well done 👏

Update: we have never had this much hot water....our tank must have been bad for a while - so grateful 🙏

The plumber, Ryan M, was personable, respectful, timely and very professional. He improved the copper piping and replaced valves and returned the system to functioning. Almost 4 - 5 hours of work ... Each portion worth about $600. It was worth it Water access is not something to be taken for granted. It keeps us healthy. Thanks Ryan, and Paul the Plumber

I do not remember the exact names of the technicians that have helped me over the years, but I have never had a bad experience with any member of the Paul the Plumber team. I know that when I need help, their team will show up on time (in some cases the same day I call), do excellent work, and for them it is not about the money- it is about helping those who need help at a price that is fair considering the quality of the work their technicians do and the professionalism and respect they show in all that they do. I would recommend Paul the Plumber to anyone looking for a plumber without hesitation

Jared and the team were amazing! We had multiple filtration systems installed for our well and the team was clean and fast. Jared walked us through the system and had answers for all our questions. Highly recommend and will be using Paul the Plumber for any of our future services. Thanks team!
