I recently had the pleasure of using Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating out of Londonderry, New Hampshire and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. We called early in the morning due to our hot water heater malfunctioning and they were able to come out the same day to replace it.

The team of three people who came out were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They quickly swapped out the old water heater with a new one and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I appreciated their attention to detail and professionalism throughout the entire process.

I will definitely be recommending Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of plumbing or heating services. If I ever have any issues in the future, they will be the first ones I call. Thank you for your outstanding service!

I had such a great experience with Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating. They removed an underground oil tank. The whole staff all the way down the line was wonderful and attentive to our needs. Truly grateful!!! Will be using them again soon for future projects!

I have used Andrew and his team multiple times for both routine plumbing repairs and emergency work and they always have exceeded my expectations. Very professional operation including Andrew the owner, office staff and plumbers in the field. The whole process is seamless. We had an emergency plumbing/septic issue over the weekend. Our cast iron pipe broke that leads to the septic tank so Andrew and his team were able to replace the entire pipe in under 2 hours and you can't beat his prices!!! I highly recommend Andrew and his team!

We decided to replace our aging oil burner with a multi-fuel boiler that burns oil and wood. I contacted numerous plumbing and heating contractors and most did not want to install a product they did not already sell and service.

I contacted Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating and one other company that were willing to quote the installation. Andrew came by to scope out the job. He showed me images of a large project he completed at Pinkerton Academy which gave me confidence he could handle this installation. Andrew also noticed the water heater was leaking and mentioned he could replace it under the life time warranty. Andrew provided a quote which was lower than another company.

The boiler weighs over 2000 lbs. I received a quote from a rigging company to move it from our garage down a flight of stairs to the basement. Andrew said he could rig the boiler and quoted a lower cost.

The work was top notch. The heating zones were completed in advance in their shop and is a work of art. See attached picture.

Exceptional service! Called this am for an emergency due to a septic drain issue. The technician was here in less than an hr.
Technician was Efficient, Courteous, hard working and Knowledgeable. He did a great job to get my system up and running quickly without any issues.
I was extremely pleased with the work done and will definitely use them again!

6/28/21: SNH Plumbing & Heating just finished installing a mini-split system for our 100+ year old home. Every aspect of the service was positive from the communication to the scheduling to the completion of the service, phenomenal! The price was fair, the financing options were great and took less than 5 minutes to complete. The scheduling was convenient. Confirmation prior to installation was performed, they arrived at the time stated, the installation was performed professionally. I was a little concerned as we have plaster walls, but no problem for Josh and Shawn, expert installation. The clean-up was immaculate, you wouldn’t have even known they were here. Josh walked me through the programming and remote, and I even received a call after the install was completed from the owner, Andrew Chesney, checking in to make sure I was satisfied with the experience. 5 star all the way! Highly recommended from a repeat customer.

To say I am impressed with So NH Plumbing would be an understatement. We had water in our basement that we thought was related to our Hot Water Heater. I called and was told someone would be here very soon. In less than 20 minutes they arrived and jumped into action. They troubleshot the issue and we determined it most likely was not the Water Heater. They helped to get rid of the water and ensured our water heater worked ok. As much as he wanted to sell me one, a joke we both made, he did not push it because we didn't need it. He did however help and identify an issue with our well water tank and was able to fix that issue. He helped me clean the water up quickly, determine the source, and didn't sell me something I definitely didn't need. I am now looking to add more business here as I was amazed at his speed, knowledge, and general joy he brought to our issue and helping to get things done the right way, not just for the money. Absolutely floored by this company and cannot wait for the next interaction with them.

Highly recommend! From the initial contact to diagnosis the scope of the issue to the completion of the project, Andrew was extremely professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He and his associate worked quickly and cleanly in replacing old copper return pipes. The price was very reasonable. We also just switched to their heating oil service and expect to save almost $1k a year!

Southern New Hampshire plumbing heating is by far the absolute best plumbing company I've ever used. I completely trust them to give me the best service and fairest price around. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Friendly and professional workers. Most of all the quality of their work is amazing. The workers installed two high end bidet toilets and 3 new bath faucets. Everything was done perfectly. Seriously, You don't need to look for any better a company to work with.

These guys are great. We've been using them for about 3.5 years now for things like plumbing fixes and new lines, installing water spouts to the outside of the house, hot water tank replacement, and even installing and maintaining a new furnace (yes, we have an older 'project' home)! They're always friendly, professional, thorough, clean, and willing to accommodate our schedules and particular needs of our unique older home. Highly recommend!

This office installed two minisplits in attic bonus rooms for us. I can't even tell you how great all of them were and continue to be. They went extra mile in a difficul attic crawl space to make sure everything was working great. They always clean everything up after service. The staff on phone goes above and beyond to help if we have any questions or need service. All done at really reasonable rates.

On a personal level..the young workers that come into my home have always been polite and friendly and helpful. As a disabled adult this means the world. Great people all around.

Very pleased with the great service once again! We had a problem with our boiler. Of course it was late in the afternoon when this happened. I called and spoke with a super nice Lady. She called me back with several options and she was able to send an after hours Tech over. He had us back up and running in an hour. The boiler hasn't run this good in quite awhile. We have used this business a few times, now, and they have been phenomenal! Always responsive, and quick in getting to you to take care of your issue(s). The plumbers provide fantastic customer service, where they are professional, personable, explains what you have going on and the appropriate fix, making you feel very comfortable & relaxed, while getting the job done in timely fashion. And the repairs have been for a great price, as they make sure you are taken care of without draining your bank account. We have been grateful for their service!
