Canastota Barber Shop

Just got to town. Looked up a place to get my haircut. Was in and out in 45 minutes. Had a great conversation with Angel. His partner Zach said goodbye to me on my way out the door. If you want to be in a place that is old school, this is the place to be highly recommend

Angels just a great man. The best thing I remember is when he was almost in tears because some old guy came in and said see u next time but we knew it would probably be his last in the conditions he was in.

This place is amazing, I called 2 weeks ago to make sure they would be open last saturday and that Angel would be there because it was our sons first hair cut and we wanted him to do it, I was told they were and that he would be there. The following day i got a phone call from Angel letting me know that he would not be there last saturday and he didnt want me to come and be disappointed so he went through his call list from the day before trying to find me just to let me know. Most people would not have done that, they would have just let us come that saturday and informed us then that he was not there. Fast forward to today, we got his hair cut by Angel and he was so patient and kind to our son who wanted nothing to do with getting his hair cut and he was also very kind to us as we were very apprehensive about getting his hair cut. So thank you to this amazing barber shop, we will certainly be returning customers with our boys!!

Very friendly staff and great hospitality. Accommodates children very well. And very affordable. This little shop surely knows what's new in todays trends in facial hair for gentlemen. I would suggest them to anybody.

I went to this barber shop as a kid...that was a few decades ago. I have since renewed my acquaintance with the location, and found that the current owner and operator is skilled at the military flattop, is personable and efficient. I've found the barber to tend my gathering needs for the foreseeable future.

Mike has dementia but Angel treated him with such dignity and kindness.

Boyfriend is always satisfied with the end results of his hair appointment. Angel always makes sure that his eyebrows, beard and, mustache are trimmed and look just as good as that head of hair.

Angel and Rick make everyone feel welcome! I always leave with a great cut and have a good time while I'm there. Prices are low but quality is great!

Rick and Angel are the only two barbers I will allow to cut my hair. The haircuts and conversation are both top notxh. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a cut

These guys know what they are doing. Always come out happy with what they do for me. Small shop with three chairs, but the conversation never stops and gives a great atmosphere for your haircut.
