Wyndham Garden North Bergen near Secaucus

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend the Wyndham to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. The rooms where nice and clean and check in was seamless. If you are lucky enough to get Kristen at the front desk then you are in good hand. Kristine provided exceptional customer service, made me feel like president of the United States. I'll be staying there again. Thanks Kristen.

The hotel had very good central location. Very clean and staff was super helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Asmaa for being so warm, welcoming, and helpful.

Great experience and special thank you to the shuttle driver- I believe his name is Marco. I spoke with Rush the supervisor commended him on the great service we received with his driver. I traveled with my little girls and as most parents would know, it’s not the easiest. Friendly and attentive. Great job

Really loved the guest services at the front desk, Christine and Jess are wonderfully friendly, accommodating, and very helpful! Our room was clean, I appreciate their services. The view from our room was also beautiful, my mom and I enjoyed our stay! Thank you for the stay and the complimentary drink!

We had a great experience at this hotel. I booked it 2-3 days in advance and the price was decent for what they had to offer. The parking garage was great and felt safe knowing there is staff working valet and cameras in many places. As soon as we walked through the lobby, it smelled so clean. Lenny was very nice and helped us check in very quickly. We appreciate his welcoming staff and taking the time to help us. I expected there to be a deposit even though it wasn't stated, but we received it back during check out the next day. The rooms were very modern and clean all around. We received a nice view of the city and our night was quiet & peaceful. This hotel is very close to the American Dream Mall and NYC. We will definitely be back.

HUGE shout out to Asmaa at the front desk. I had called her a few days prior to our check in and I am glad I did! She gave us very helpful information. She was also working when we had our stay and helped us understand the bus/transportation routes to and from the city, and where to go. She showed us the nearest bus stops from the hotel which happen to be a mere 5-7 minute walk. She was very friendly, helpful, and cheerful. The location of the hotel is super convenient and the rooms are nice!! We loved the shower in our room. We will absolutely remember the Wyndham Garden North Bergen for our next NYC trip. Thanks to Asmaa and Wyndham for making our trip that much better!

Kristine is the epitome of above and beyond in customer service. I hope every location can learn from her. Her attention to details and suggestions were TOP TIER. My next trip to the NYC area is definitely at this location. We all need a Kristine in our lives.

Had a horror 14 hrs by united . But they gave us the voucher for stay and we came here… had an pleasant experience with the midnight staff Tony who did our check in super quick. The rooms are very clean and well maintained… Morning met the manager Sandy who was a delight. At the restaurant we tried their sandwiches and wings there were very tasty an freshly prepared. Entire restuarant staff was very polite and helpful. Check out was very smooth and fast thanks to Avinash . Very experienced staff and knows their jobs well ..

Where shall I begin…. First off upon our arrival we had noticed there was an event going on which in no way affected us. From the valet attendants to hotel staff, everyone was courteous and respectful. Lenny stood out amongst all the staff members, his ability to multitask, handle several matters efficiently and problem solve caught my attention. Lenny is a true asset to this company and should be recognized for his services. So far the room, and all amenities are in order. Very clean and odor free. Definitely recommend and will return back!

We love it here. Pet friendly, laid back. Yes they charge a 200 deposit but it’s great if you don’t use credit cards! You don’t have to have one at check in here. Rooms are perfect, comfy. Big windows, black out shades. We’ve stayed here every trip to jersey and love it.

Say if you are looking for a keep it simple with a homely feel....then I say Wyndham. I loved the experience. I stayed in room 358. It was over looking the buildings at the back end. Also, the restaurant too had a friendly welcoming feel to it. I was traveling to Cleveland via New Jersey and I was lodged for a night there. Try it.

The airline put us up here after a missed connection and I have to say, the staff here is really helpful and friendly. They made sure we felt welcomed and even kept the bar/restaurant open a little later than usual. Very clean rooms with modern design touches. Saved our vacation!

My favorite place to stay when I’m in town. I have stayed here multiple times. Every single person that works here is so nice and courteous especially Lenny, I have dealt with him on multiple occasions. He is so helpful and he always makes us feel welcomed! Also, the women behind the bar are the absolute nicest. Thanks always for a great stay !!

Clean, friendly staff and area. Our room was clean. The bathroom didn't flush when we arrived but that cleared up. Beautiful view. The walk is uphill and kinda long if you're not used to walking but it's not a bad little hike to the bus to go into nyc.

Visited a few weeks ago for an event in the area with my sister and nephews and the room was awesome for the price and the service was perfect especially Asmaa she was so sweet and went out of the way to make my nephews feel special! I highly recommend for a quick trip or Business as well due to how close it is to the city.

Missed my flight and had to stay a night here. Was great. The staff were polite, the shuttle from the airport took a while but was available and complimentary. Would recommend
