I called Taxi America (Hempstead) today when I needed a cab to pick me up quickly. My car was in the shop, and the station was closing in 1/2 hour. Other cab companies were not answering their phones or had busy signals. Taxi America picked up on the first ring, and the rep told me they would send someone right away. The driver was at my home within ten minutes! We had a humorous exchange. I gave him a nice tip, and I arrived safely at my destination with time to spare. I highly recommend Taxi America (Hempstead).
