Canastota Bagels and Subs

Out and about picking up a few things and we asked, where's a good sandwich shop? What a great find !! Behind the fastrack gas station off Oxbow road !! Buffalo chicken sub on itialian bread, provolone, ranch, lettuce and onions !! Fantastic !! Homemade mac and potato salad !! Great great find !!

I picked up dinner for my daughter one Saturday evening. The food was good and her special order was done correctly. The counter help was friendly and efficient. There are booths for eat in. The atmosphere is appropriate for the style of restaurant.

What a great little spot for breakfast..... This is the closest thing Canastota has to a mom and pop diner for breakfast.... Breakfast was very good homemade bagel. You can watch the bagels going into the oven and coming out of the oven cannot get much more of a fresher bagel than this location....... This is also a sub shop. I am sure if the subs were anything like breakfast they would be very very good......

Called in breakfast to go. I got a broccoli, ham, and cheese omelette and an everything bagel with cream cheese. Everything was delicious and it was under $9!

Best subs around. Especially there steak subs! Fresh rolls, fresh ingredients. Love it!

First time trying these guys, I was looking for more of a, "mom and pop" store kind of feel. I found it! The subs are on FRESH bread, ita clean and feels home-y when you walk in. The staff is very helpful. Try a dessert while you're in as well! Can't wait to go back and try some more.

Small town bagel and sub shop with an atmosphere to match. I got an everything bagel toasted with Garden vegetable cream cheese. And a sticky bun. I can’t believe I’ve passed by this place several times now and never stopped in. Best bagel I’ve ever had and I think the garden vegetable cream cheese is homemade. It was delicious. Sticky bun was fresh out of the oven and melted in my mouth. The two ladies behind the counter were delightful and just what I needed to start my morning, I will definitely return. There is a truck stop next door at the gas station, parking for only a few trucks but if you’re there you need to walk next-door and get some breakfast, you won’t be disappointed. I wish I took photos of my breakfast, but it was so good I scarfed it down.

Had half steak sub with mushrooms and onions it was delicious. The place is clean and the staff very nice.

My partner and I stopped here on a trip, and it was fantastic. Solid service, low prices, and delicious food. I would highly recommend stopping here instead of at the Subway across the street.

Bagels were amazing. Made fresh. They were so soft and delicious and good sized. Had the breakfast special also and it was very good too. Definitely go back again.

First time customer and def will be returning. Subs were fantastic 👌 we got turkey, Cappacola , Buffalo chicken and chicken parm. Also we bought ALL their homemade coconut macaroons. THEY WERE AMAZING.

I personally love this place, small town feel. Great food, better prices and always a daily special. The bread truly makes the sub. No hard rolls here.

Love this place! Great breakfast and a great a la cart items for a smaller appetite! The bagels are amazing...I just love their breakfast! Good subs and soups too! I like that I can eat my sub and it doesn't fall out all over the place! Highly recommend!
