I had a wonderful visit with the dental hygienist. She was thorough and explained each step during the process. She made me feel very comfortable. Always a pleasure to see her because I feel very confident in her work.

I was so nervous about experiencing pain while at this dental office but Johanna Barcia took the time to listen to my concerns. Her kind and gentle nature translates through her work. She was as gentle as a lamb. She explained everything that would take place. She’s a rockstar. The office is clean, the receptionist and medical staff are personable. The dentist took his time with my examination, and explained my recommended treatment. I highly recommend Johanna and this practice especially if you have an aversion to going to the dentist.

I had my first appt and unfortunately was running late. The entire staff was so understanding and did everything they could to make sure I could still get my cleaning done the same day rather than having me come in another day. Angelica the office manager, Colton the hygienist, and the dentist Dr. Chinskey were all so nice, fun to talk to, and explained everything very thoroughly! I’m very happy with my experience and glad I chose to go to them!

Johanna is the absolute best. I am terrified of the dentist and because she was so gentle ,she got me to come back three days in a row to get the work done that I needed .i had not been to a dentist in several years .THANKYOU

From my initial visit approximately two or so years ago to the present, ALL at the Oceanside location of ProHEALTH Dental have put a different light on "going to the dentist"! I can't list everyone by name that I have been in contact with, but I will give a shout-out to Dental Hygienist, Johanna Barcia (great at getting your teeth cleaning done yet still remembers six months later to ask after your three children). I have had the misfortune of having a tooth pulled six months apart by two different dentists; each occurrence being virtually painless. My treatment is now in the capable and accomplished hands of Dr Matthew Chinskey assisted by very sweet Gloria, both confirming my renewed faith in Dentistry.
The alpha and the omega of ProHealth Dental is the office staff. The alpha part is the warm greeting as you arrive and the brief wait for your appointment (and maybe fill out forms on first visit). The omega part is setting up your next appointment and/or the payment/insurance once you have climbed out of the dentist chair. Similarly this part is virtually painless, as the office staff smoothly handles all this, and you will receive email/text reminders of this. OK, this is where my recall of names goes blank, but ALL OF YOU, THANK YOU !

Absolutely love coming to this practice. I used to use Dr Hardej for years until he retired. (Still miss him though)

For starters, I’m Not a big fan of going to the dentist, but Pro health dental changed my perspective. Johanna, the dental hygienist, was very friendly and gentle. I had no pain when getting my teeth cleaned, and my teeth felt cleaner than ever. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is great. They are friendly and very professional. I had the pleasure to meet with dr. Viviana Torres she is absolutely amazing, she really care, she treats her patients like a family member. My wife doesn't like going to dentist but she feels comfortable with this place, specially with dr. Torres, she is very honest and professional.

Had a dental emergency, and was seen quickly. They take the time to listen to you, do not rush you, and are patient. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Staff is very courteous and accommodating. Hygienist and Doctors take time to explain options and treatments.

Wonderful Experience. Johanna Barcia, the dental hygienist, was amazing. She takes the time to talk to her patients, explain how to best care for your team, and very gentle on cleaning. The doctor was lovely too as well as the front desk staff. So happy with my care and visit.

I absolutely Love this dental office!! Not only is Dr. Vicky Dachs an excellent dentist, she takes her time and sincerely cares for her patients. The girls at the front desk are all so welcoming and sweet!! Thank you guys!!!
