All Clean Carpet Fiber-Shield

I have been using All Clean Carpet for nearly 20 years and they are nothing but perfect. I am able to reach them whenever I have a crisis and they are there to take care of it. Today I found that my dog had been sick all over my house, and they showed up a few hours later, and now it’s as if nothing had happened. They are the only carpet cleaners I would ever use. I couldn’t recommend them more

We hired All Clean Carpet to clean a few rugs and couldn't be more pleased with the results. For one of them, they performed a miracle that we did not even think was possible. When they first tried to remove the dark, heavy stains from this particular rug, they were not successful, but instead of leaving it there, they were undeterred. They said "we will try one more thing," and what followed was pure magic.

This firm restored my faith in people. I inadvertently created a water stain in my sofa when I was cleaning it. The owner of this firm, after looking at photos told me that, in lieu of coming to my home - which would have entailed a mandatory charge- I should use a special solution that he had created specially for me - and which was free of charge. I followed his detailed instructions and the stain is largely gone. How many merchants do you know who would go to these lengths for a customer?

I work with an Interior Design firm, and we needed a massive white sectional cleaned- there was a chocolate stain that was removed in seconds! The crew was timely and speedy. The entire process look less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend. We will be hiring them again!

We used All Clean to help treat our rugs to protect against spills. Afterwards, our dog had an accident on the rug. We called on a holiday weekend and got step by step instructions on how to remove the stain. We were able to get it out ourselves without damaging the rug. It was amazing and we'd highly recommend John and team to all.

All Clean has been cleaning and fiber shielding my carpets and furniture for 9 years. They are extremely responsive, professional, on time and very honest about what they can do. However, even when they are doubtful they always seem to come thru with an excellent job. Their spot cleaning is terrific. I have worked primarily with Luis, Jorge, and John. They are personal, efficient, very honest and they go above and beyond what you expect. And they have taught me what to do and what not to do with carpet and furniture problems. AND, I am not a person who usually writes reviews.

I am so impressed with All Clean Carpet. Kim was incredible to work with -- so responsive, kind, and managed to book us for a next-day Fiber Shield for our brand new sofa and rug. The tech was not only on time, but early (!), which never happens in hectic NYC. He was professional, quick, and answered all of our questions. Kim Caputo gave me incredible customer service! Very responsive. The technicians cleaned a wool, difficult rug and removed oil and pet stains. I have never has such great results.

Although I haven’t used All Clean of late, I have used their service three times. I found them to be professional and reliable. On the one occasion I had an issue with them, the technicians returned the next days to resolve the problem. If and when I need the services All Clean provides, I would not hesitate using their service.

I have only AMAZING things to say about John (owner) and his team at All Clean Carpet. From start to finish it was nothing but super responsive and professional service. I called in the morning and spoke to Susan (who was lovely), and by early afternoon I had the owner and his team at my house assessing my emergency carpet situation. I was presented with several options, I chose one, and the carpet was treated on-site - same-day. Althought still wet, I can tell that the stain is going to come out. Seems like a small miracle. I've been using All Clean for a little over two years now and they never cease to amaze and impress me! Just the other day I called about a carpet spot stain and from the start, Kim was ready to help; she even went out of her way to squeeze us in for an appointment the very same day! About three years ago I had my carpeted stairs cleaned by a nationally-known carpet cleaning company. I figured I was in good hands. A young, inexperienced worker showed up and essentially did little more than soak my carpet. I called to complain and another worker showed up and did a little better job. Over the past few years, my carpeted stairs got more and more soiled. On the verge of replacing a perfectly good but dirty carpet, I heard of All Clean Carpet on the radio and decided to give them a try. I called and spoke to one of their very helpful staff and set an appointment for a cleaning. I stressed to them that the stairs were very soiled and I needed them to be thoroughly cleaned. Come the day of my appointment, the cleaning crew of three, including the owner John, showed up promptly and went to work on the stairs -- and they worked!! My carpeted stairs are now spotless and I could not be happier!! I will recommend All Clean Carpet to all and any of my friends to use for their rug, carpet and upholstery cleaning needs -- instead of the advertised nationally-known company who did a less-than stellar job. No comparison between a big company that sub-contracts out their jobs and a smaller company where the owner himself comes and does the hard work. All Clean has been cleaning carpets and upholstery for me for some 15 years. I don’t know of a firm that does a better job than they do, not only in conventional cleaning, but also in stain removal that borders on the miraculous. As the owner of two dogs and often the host of many more, they have been lifesavers. I have also always been impressed by their in-depth knowledge of various fabric types and materials and the highly professional advice they give. They are the only firm I would use. In addition, the office is exceptionally well run and they are highly reliable. It is a pleasure to work with them.
