First time customer, I believe I spoke with the owner, as well as a very nice lady at the front counter. Fast, professional, and knowledgeable. Great price on 3 new 18650 batteries, and politely explained they didn’t have the coils for my older(8+ years) sub-ohm tank, but offered 1/2 off a new one if I bring them the old. Will shop there again.

Beat vape shop in town. Huge variety of juices and comparable prices to others. Their premium line is amazing, freshly made, and is inexpensive. They have CBD products, delta 8, hand pipes, mods, kits, tanks, and other things that you may need. Friendly staff and knowledgeable.

I went in looking for a replacement to my disposable vape and was met with the nice woman behind the counter that offered to help. She let me try a few different flavors and styles, but in the end I knew my flavor was the only one I'd like. She sold me 2 blue razz ice elfbars, one in the plastic and one with a metal case, and was friendly and conversational throughout, as well as knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I don't live in the state, but if anyone happens across this store, it's well worth the trip, give them a try.

They didn't have what I wanted. But they were SUPER friendly and as helpful as they could be. Store is clean and tidy. Will be back in the future

Stopped by on an emergency stop from Buffalo - left my vape juice at home on a business trip. Joey was helpful getting me my exact juice and had me back in vaping business in 5 mins. Awesome place you guys are life savers, almost bought a pack of cigs I was so desperate!

No matter what premium I go to ( now going to the Cicero location because it’s now closer ) they are so helpful and friendly. I have literally never met a staff so willing to help! Thank you guys for being who you are. Best vape shop hands down. Prices are great as well!
