Went to the NY state fairgrounds and our salesman Ron was very helpful and informative. We were happy to look around with no pressure. We were able to pick up our rv the following week. All the employees we dealt with were extremely nice. I would recommend seven O's.

Seven O’s came highly recommended as a family run RV dealership with good pricing and service and didn’t disappoint. We ordered a Greyhawk motor home from them in the middle of the pandemic and received monthly updates on its progress and expected delivery timeline. Harold Oot, President and CEO of Seven O’s personally handled our order and kept us up to date on the status of our unit. The Pre Delivery Inspection with Steve went well with a few minor issues resolved before we were done with the inspection. We got a good deal on the price of our unit and it’s additional options. Everyone we dealt with from Harold, Steve, Dave, Paul and Dan to our new friend Jean Covert in the closing department were very helpful, professional and treated us like family. It’s no wonder that they have been in business for so long. We purchased our 2021 Pinnacle from Seven O’s and after two seasons, we dropped the unit off for warranty work before the 2 year mark. The unit was at the dealership for a few months and during that time the staff provided updates on the warranty work. We picked the unit up yesterday and all of the work was completed and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. What a great experience, the folks at Seven O’s take pride in their work and it shows!

I purchased my small 2012 Jayco travel trailer from Seven O's. Despite it being one of the smallest units they sell, I'm always treated as if I bought the biggest and brightest unit on the lot 11 years later. Service is prompt and everyone is very personable. Customer service is superior. I recommend them well beyond 5 stars. They are the only place I would ever buy an RV from and always endorse them robustly.

We just purchased our second Travel Trailer from the great People of Seven Os. Ron is absolutely great. Our last camper was just a Little camper. I was stressed out about them swapping out my WDH because I wanted it to be right. I am a mechanic so I brought all the tools to do it myself. I weighed my truck before hand so that I knew the weight on the front axle. I also measured the wheel well height. After they set up the hitch the measurement hadn't changed. After we took delivery we towed it back to the CAT scale and guess what. The front axle weighed the same with the TT and all our stuff in the bed. I can't say enough about how great the entire team at Seven Os is. From sales, service to finance. They are all top notch. Thanks guys!

Have dealt with many RV stores through the years and can honestly say the best experience we received is from 7 O’S. No pressure, the pricing and service were all excellent. We dealt with Dan Dewey who we would highly recommend, explained what we were looking for and the price range we wanted to stay in and he never not once tried to upsell from what we wanted. The ENTIRE staff there was extremely friendly. I know if we ever decide to upgrade our RV we will go nowhere but there. I HIGHLY. We came to Seven O's to look at campers- as potential first time buyers and Dan Dewey helped us and made us very "happy campers". He was very informative when showing us different campers, different sizes, and features. When we found the one we like and wanted he got us an amazing deal on a 2022 Jayco and we couldn't be happier! Even when we were picking it up from the storage lot- he made it a point to come over to check in on us. He is very customer oriented- and overall we had a wonderful experience with him and Seven O's.

Ron and the whole staff was very friendly and not at all pushy. The experience was great and we felt like we got a fair deal.

I worked with Ron Hoffman as my sales rep. I bought a new Jayco. Extremely helpful, easy to get ahold of, and so far their service has been impeccable. Would highly recommend for purchasing or for service.

Ron explained everything very well before we drove out with our new camper. He was also very helpful while we were choosing which model would be best for us.

Once again, it’s a yearly event, our motorhome needed repairs. SevenO’s did their usual good service at a reasonable price & timely fashion.

I spent 7 hours at seven o’s while they repaired my Roadtrek that I didn’t buy from them. 7 hours in their office wasn’t something I looked forward to, but the employees all made it a pleasant experience. I drove 107 miles to get there from my home in Rochester, because their labor rate was so much lower than a dealer in Buffalo. This was a couple of weeks ago, but I still have a warm feeling for the people there, and will make the trip again when I need major service.

After purchasing my RV from here 3 years ago (which was a great experience in itself) I come back every year for service & Inspection. It's always a good experience, and today was no different. My service technician Jason completed my safety inspection quickly and thoroughly, and was a wealth of knowledge. I give Seven O's RV A five star rating because they deserve it! I highly recommend them!!
