Alan was a total professional and highly knowledgeable in just about every regard. My wife and I waited a long time to purchase a home. We really had no idea how any of it worked. Found Alan on Zillow and were very happy with his services.

Please save yourself the trouble and find a better agency. Michelle Turner and Alan Deblat proved themselves to be utterly unprofessional, unethical and unskilled. We made the mistake of hiring them sell a Baldwin property. Thankfully we found a better agency and have moved on..

But it took an official ethics complaint to the local Board of Realtors to do this.

Don't be fooled by their smooth talk. Look instead at their sales volume production, their technology, their lack of quality and you'll quickly conclude that they are dinosaurs about to go extinct. Sadly, stuck in the old days of yesteryear.

I don't like to write negative reviews but felt that I owe it to the public. So that no one else gets burned.
