Excellent cleaners!

They've always done a nice job for me, and the tailor is great!

I brought a suit to be cleaned on Thursday and asked for it to be ready the following Tuesday. Something came up and I needed it on Saturday. I went in when they opened on Saturday and asked to have it ready that same day. The owner refused. What lack of customer service. I’ve been a customer there for years, well before the current owner, but this will be my last visit.

The owner is arrogant and doesn’t undertstand the concept of great customer service. I dropped off three suits with my nice Macy’s hangers. You think he would tell me to take them back. Instead when I return to pick up my suits he tells me “you should have taken them I through them out.” Now I have to spend another $40 to get nice suit hangers. Wouldn’t recommend this place

I have tried on 4 different occasions (thinking each time before was a fluke) over the last 2 years to bring in something that needed to be repaired - like raising a hem (twice), removing a ruffle and replacing button (with buttons I already had) and all 4 times I was given a date of 9-14 days out. These simple repairs should be available in a few days. I should be able to drop off on a Mon or Tues and get back a simple hem raise by Fri. The gentleman at the counter is rude and dismissive and I have since stopped trying to go there. None of the times I tried to go were during holiday season, graduation time, or any other busy tailoring time. On the hems, I took them elsewhere and both times had them back in 2 days. The ruffle removal was 3 days and the buttons were 2 days. There is no reason for this extended time on tailoring and the rude response when I kindly asked if there was any way I could get it sooner - I even asked if I could pay to rush it. NOPE.

Terrible customer service !! I walked in for the first time the guy in front gave me attitude so I walked out with my clothes, im happy didnt spend money there.. this review wont matter because he will still in business ( will not get better)

This cleaner refused to clean my clothes.. He stated “ They’re too dirty”
