Good company ... Made a deal with me for half of what I owed for an old Dr Bill from when I had cancer.

This place is a collection agency and the collectors are only doing there job, this is such a hard job but they are always nice with me and I work with them a lot for my clients ....

They are very friendly and attenitive to my needs.

Took care of everything I needed

RR is a bit of a mixed bag. I've had accounts going through them for years. In terms of them calling, this is probably their biggest weakness as it simply does not happen. They given plenty of mail notice and are very quick to move to legal proceedings if collections go delinquent. Their biggest strength I believe IS their customer service. I've never had a bad experience talking with anyone at their office, they're pretty helpful with coordinating information, payoff attempts, and they will work with you if you work with them. That part is crucial as you have several open accounts with them, all with different account numbers, and if you're not working with them, see: above on legal. I do wish they would reach out with phone calls more themselves, but most people don't answer calls from debt collectors anyway.

Professional, but all in all a debt collector. My ex wife opened an account in my name but they were understanding.

Thanks for nothing mr Reed. Served papers at my home during a Family get together 20 people at the house with our driveway full of cars and that, after NEVER having any contact with this firm. I found out afterward The debt was for what insurance didn’t cover during my cancer treatments. All were small amounts that somehow ended up double for what the actual amount originally was. Which included court costs and legal fees and it NEVER actually went to court, I called the office to find out what was going on. Talk about kicking a person when they are sick, out of a job, and out. Bottom Dwellers!

Very poor customer service, the individual I had contact with was very rude, work slowed down ad I needed to alter.my payment amount and he once I agreed to the minimum amount he told me it was dependant on approval and my account would likely go back to the legal department for further action.

The employees there need a major attitude adjustment and professional development

No one ever answers the phone!!! They sent me three bills with different account numbers and when I called to enquire about them, I found out ALL THREE were ONE BILL!!!

I wish I could give it 0 stars debt payed then a week later a guy shows up at my sisters house and shoves papers in her hands and says you have been served after beating on the door for 15 minuets my sister has 2 small kids and avoids conflict and strangers so did not answer the door very unprofessional they have my number they could of just called me

Received a court summons about medical bills without any advance warning. NOT a reputable business.

Customer service is very poor and they don't return your phone calls.
