They would be amazing, if only they offered plus size :(. I'm not really able to wear their clothing, at times I will purchase their jewelry. I'm sure others have experienced this.

Very disappointed with service. Found their tactics to be sneaky and greedy. I debated making a purchase while enjoying the Harvest Festival. I didn't want to carry the boots around the festival all night. I asked if she would hold them until the next day. She agreed. I offered to pay upfront so she knew she wouldn't lose the sale. I wore the Vest out the door but returned the next day to pick up the boots. As I returned the next day, I saw a sign advertising 15% off of any purchase. I asked if the sale applied to my purchase and it did not. So I asked to have the sale adjusted which they were reluctant to do but did so with a store credit to include only the boots and not the Vest since it wasn't present. I'm shocked that she didn't mention the sale knowing I would be returning and would recognize the opportunity to have saved a few dollars. When I mentioned my disappointment she could care less as she stated "we don't tell people about sales". I was tickled with my purchase and wanted to shop again upon my return however her attitude poor customer service ruined the entire experience. I will not reward that type of service with repeat business. That was intentionally being greedy off my good gesture of paying up front to hold something less than 24 hours. Sneaky and greedy. Its not the money as it is the principal of good service. Disappointed to have support a local business and be treated that way.

Poor quality, $52 cartage pocket is coming apart after one use.
