Expression Tees

As a Christmas gift I ordered a sweatshirt for my wife and the wrong size was shipped. I contacted them by email and a representative named Steve responding quickly and had the correct one shipped in time for Christmas morning. Thank you Steve for a prompt resolution and will keep Expression Tees in mind for future business.

Customer service was great, response was very quick. They helped me with eveything i needed and more. They shipped my order out a few hours after placing it. Shirt do run a little big but the quality was good. All in all very satisfied

Ordered a hoodie on a Thursday and it was delivered on Monday. Fast shipping, good prices, great quality. Hoodie is very soft, fleecy on the inside and warm. Item arrived exactly as pictured.

Wish I could leave a one star review. packaged ordered. tracking is wrong part is in California when I leave in New York. Customer Service is very slow to respond to email. The order was time sensitive and instead of them having the original order sent back to them via usps and sending me out a NEW SHIRT TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS they just let me sit and watch my package bounce around from city to city in Los Angeles. I work in customer service and my husband in trucking and neither of us would allow something like this to happen to a valued client. looks like they don't want repeat customers.

The worst customer service ever. I returned a hoodie because of many loose threads hanging from it. I was charged an $11 return fee. The response that I received was "I'm not sure why you expect us to pay for shipping when all you had to do was cut the threads" This company is a joke and I will never purchase anything from them.

Someone should be handling emails. You don’t have to be at work to handle And email. This is no way to do business. If there is an issue you need to let your customers know.

Dont ask this company about the quality of their product because all they will do is dodge questions and cancel an order and call you rude because of it. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service. Better yet chumps at that!

I am a graphic designer, I work for them but they cheated with me. They didn't pay me anything. I think this is a cheapest minded people working on there. My recommendation is please don't use this company.

It has been 3 weeks since I have ordered my tshirt, and I still havent received it
