Best cricket experience I've ever had. Customer service was hands down light years ahead of anything I've ever experienced l. Ryu was engaging, informative and very knowledgeable. He went out of the way to assist me after being left a stray by the person who tried helping me resolve a problem I was dealing with. Not only was he professional but he was able to resolve my problem and I left the store completely satifised. I only wish all customer service would be this great. My fate in crickets service has been restored. Thank you Ryu you the man!!

I was so happy and grateful for the help I received today from the store manager Ryuiji l! He was so freakin helpful and explained everything to me as we were talking and changing my ACP account over to cricket and I was able to get a new cricket phone even though I was just going to use my own old cricket phone and also got a new phone number! If I could give it a 10 star rating it definitely would have been today! I would and will recommend cricket wireless to my friends and family amongst other people I talk to! Very pleased with today's visit to cricket at the Clackamas town center location in the mall! And a big thanks to the store manager Ryuiji for being so helpful and informative through the process!

Ryuji is bar none the best sales rep of any cellular service I have been with since the begining of cellular service. I am 59 years old and have changed my service from company to company at least fifty times over the years. I.have found a home with this gentleman and I am very confident Ryuji will go the extra mile to take care of my tech issues as well as making sure I am happy with my equipment and service. The Gentleman Edgar was Amazing, honest & very profesional. It was a nice change to do business with a person that was genuine and polite. Not rude and acting as if I was an inconvenience.
