Dashing Dan’s provided us with a free estimate for our residential gas furnace replacement, which included an explanation of alternatives. The equipment we chose was delivered to our home at 7am the very next day, and the job was completed in one day’s work by two of their experienced installers. The finished job looks great and operates great. Highly recommend Dashing Dan’s for your furnace needs and service.

Excellent and professional service. My father’s heater needed a new switch, they had to come out three times to diagnose but they were professional, honest, and reasonably priced. They send you courtesy texts when they are about half hour away, another plus. Would recommend to anyone who has a furnace issue.

Outstanding partnership, service, and support! I've been using Dashing Dan's for all of our plumbing, heating, and cooling needs for 4-5 years now and could not be happier. The scheduling is always spot-on, the work quality is excellent, and the crews are professional (and potentially more importantly, keep any affected work areas clean).

I do not purchase service contracts or extended warranties for pretty much anything else, but have had a service contract with Dashing Dan's for several years and has covered basic service calls, heating and cooling start-ups/check-ups, and been worth every single dollar.

Long post. First off, Thank you for all you have done. Not only servicing my machine and coming back a few days later to identity and fix a slab leak. After fixing the leak and trying to save me money on time, we noticed the machine wasnt cycling hot water correctly. To our horror, the machine I had was incorrectly installed by whoever the previous owner had and serviced incorrectly by another local company that allowed me to suffer for almost 2 years. The machine unfortunately was not serviced by everyone so I was stuck with that company before. However, Dashing Dan did not allow me to suffer anymore! They explained to me my options of trying to fix the old machine, offerred me financing options for a new machine, and explained the likelihood of what could happen with my old machine again. Me and my wife decided to replace the tankless water heater unit we had with the recommended Navien. This was very costly to us and I appreciate how sympathetic you were to everything I have been through last year and current in my household and the major repairs I did thoughout 2022 that I am still dealing with. I feel better knowing I have a machine that works, correctly installed, and explained. Sound of mind, that I can call on you to simply come out to show me how to work it and maintenance it annually. You just do not know what this means to us. Maybe we could have found cheaper, another quick fix, but we were just going to be taken for another ride by anyone else. So thank you all from the bottom of our heart. Please continue to remember your customers. Thank you for my new shiny set-up.

My water heater went out unexpectedly in the night. Called for service and the representative was very helpful in troubleshooting and set appointment for the next morning. The technician Steve was on time and very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything in detail and with the assistance of other techs, my new water heater was installed in a few short hours. Would definitely use their service again.

I recently had a plumbing emergency. We have only been in our home for 3 years. Apparently the prior home owners had some renovations done which included adding a wall to make one large room into 2 rooms. Somehow, when this was done, the person drove a nail through a heating pipe. Apparently this was leaking for years and during a recent cold spell this nail became loose causing a leak in the ceiling and down the wall. We called Dashing Dan's Plumbing who was able to come fairly quickly. Our technician, David, was amazing. He was very understanding of the situation. He took some pictures and called his office to make sure we would get the best possible repair and presented two options. Based on where the pipe was located we would also need a contractor to cut into the wall so David and a second technician would be able to follow the pipe upstairs to provide the necessary repair. Not knowing any contractor in the area, David and his office was able to coordinate with a contractor they previously used and have them do the necessary work. Let me add they used Kara Restoration & Construction to do this work. Kara was extremely neat and very careful with the work they performed. Thanks to David and his team at Dashing Dan's, and Kara Restoration & Construction, my issue has been repaired. I would not hesitate to use either company again.

I have dashing Dan's Platinum plan for over a year now. It covers my heating and air conditioning. They have emergency service, and I need something for piece of mind. not having to worry if something breaks down, . Recently my programmable thermostat was acting odd.. I just didn't like the way it was working. so I called Dan's. yes, the thermostat is covered.They (one was a helper) were here with in a short time. My thermostat was inspected thoroughly and yes, it wasn't really working correctly.. Being a nervous person and not really too good with these programmable thermostats, they put in a new one, but much easier for me to understand. I am quite happy with it! Dashing Dan's help are Polite, friendly and do their work well. I highly recommend them.

We've used Dashing Dan's many times over the years and once again they showed on-time, got the work done in a professional manner, cleaned up and billed us a more than reasonable amount. Easy to deal with and i love knowing that the job will be done correctly! I highly recommend DD's!!!!

Recently signed up for a yearly contract with Dashing Dan's. I was recommended by a family member who had service with them. I was very satisfied with my first visit with Technician Steve for an inspection..On time and very courteous and knowledgeable. I feel relieved now that I have a contract in case something should go wrong... 5 Stars.....

Dashing Dan's is always reliable. We usually have Steve show up for our service calls. He is very knowledgeable having 33 years of experience and such a nice guy. The other workers are great as well, highly recommended Dashing Dan's!

My hot water had developed a significant cool spot. With one call to Dashing Dan’s they came over to troubleshoot and found the issue. They ordered the part which was in 24 hours later. The next day my problem was fixed. They took 50% payment at the initial visit and the remaining 50% when the repair was complete.

Fantastic Customer Service!!!! It was extremly easy to schedule a service call very quickly. Anyone that comes to the service call is so helpful and knowledgeable. THEY ALSO AREN'T THOSE SCAM "SALES PITCH" people that just tell you everything is wrong to take your money. The tell you exactly what is wrong and fix it. They are also so up to date with invoicing and proposals and send it within seconds or right in front of you. Love them so far that I went into a monthly contract with them :)

We had an emergency really late at night on Friday. I called immediately, got through the service. There was no one available to come then, but they promised to come the next morning between 8:00 and 10:00. Kevin came on time. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He was the first plumber that ever asked me where the main was, he went there immediately and solved the problem quickly. I was very impressed by the way that they handled the entire emergency and I would definitely use them again!

We are rating 5 stars for the outstanding customer service, knowledge and professionalism. Bret, John and Pete are not only great plumbers, they are also very nice people! We will be using Dashing Dan’s for any future plumbing jobs we may have.

I had problems with my heater for a long time, I called Dashing Dan and he would respond immediately. Thomas, the technician was very friendly and professional, solve the problem with my heater and answered all my questions.
I definitely recommend them.

Thomas was great. After messing up my zones trying to install a smart thermostat with a C wire he came and got everything back up and running. Patient, friendly and his labor was more cost effective than four other places I checked. He also gave me valuable advice about things with my boiler and a few other questions I had.

I had a leaking hot water heater which needed immediate attention. John, the technician, came to my home that afternoon and I had a new hot water heater installed the next morning. He was extremely knowledgeable and I am extremely happy with the service I received.
