Have used Herber a few times over the years. Great communication and great plumbers. Had a new hot water heater 12 hours of my initial call a few years back. They are coming out this Saturday to look at a new issue I am having with a shower drain. Hope full for a fix. Check back for an update and maybe even some photos.

We were having issues with a blockage and had called two places prior which were trying to charge us a crazy amount of money. I was able to get through to someone quickly and heard back just as fast. Javi was great and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything he was going to do as well. Very nice and polite. Definitely will be calling them if we ever need something again.

Bob responded to our situation quickly and professionally. Scott and Joe repaired our slab leak ahead of schedule, which was a big relief due to the colder temps. We will definitely use Herber Plumbing again and highly recommend their services. Thank you to all who helped us at Herber!

I have been using Herber Plumbing for over 10 years for both residential and commercial repairs. From ownership down to the mechanics they have always been professional, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond. I have had them do many various repairs through out the years from big to small jobs. Jobs are left complete and safe. I will continue to use them in the future. It is getting harder and harder to find a honest company with skilled mechanics.

Best plumbing company in suffolk county. I manage multiple properties in the area and have dealt with over 15 different plumbers. When I tell you none of them come close to Herber I mean it. From showing up on time, being extremely professional and doing the right work, I can't recommend them enough. In the past every plumber I have dealt with was showing up late, expecting me to pay for un-needed services and never doing the right job (always having issues after they leave). Joe from Herber came to remove and install a new gas fired water heater and did a better job then I could have even imagined. He went above and beyond the service that was requested, from securing my hanging gas pipe, installing a new ball valve on the cold water shut off, and putting in a new exhaust vent pipe. It was easy to tell he cared about his work and wanted the right job to be completed, which is very hard to find in this line of work these days.

I’m surprised by any bad reviews. We had a great experience and still continue to call on Herber! We called for an estimate to fix an error of another plumber. Bob came out, super nice. Offered 2 possibilities. Called another time for an “emergency”. Toilet won’t flush and backs up into tub. A gent came out, roto rooted, fixed the problem but also disinfected and cleaned everywhere he went. My dad was really impressed. (Since even the cable guy leaves a trail of trash these days). He also took the time to look into our cess pool and explained a few more things to my dad. We had a great experience. Will update if anything changes but I don’t anticipate that. And customer service has been really nice and helpful. A Pleasant voice on the phone starts the experience off right!

My first review, I usually never feel compelled enough to post but in this case and based on my experience I had to. The technician Dean was very friendly. Fixed the faucet quickly. Customer service A+, professional all around. Management of Herbert was also very prompt with answering my phone call and responding. I would recommend giving them a call.

Jeremy came and cleared a main line blockage at 7 a.m. as well as a broken valve for my toilet which caused a flood in my bathroom. He even cleaned my shower which was covered with the debris from the blockage. He did a great job and explained everything he was doing as he worked. I definitely would recommend Herber Plumbing and will keep them as my plumber for all my services in the future.

Heat wasn’t working come to the cold due to a low water cutoff. They showed up early, worked quickly to fix the problem, and were upfront with pricing the entire time. Mike helped us out and was informative about what he was doing and advising about how to take care of what we could on our own. Will be calling them again.

These guys are the best... Mike and Mike are great at what they do and know how to talk with nervous customers that are without heat... There is a reason this company has been in business sine the early 1970's. Top Notch! Mr. H is smiling down!

Had a hard time finding someone to fix my Alpine High Efficiency Gas Boiler. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem and my heating system ran without issue all winter.

Great organization - called them after trying to get 2 others to come out (and both failed to show). Great communication - promised a window that was only a couple of hours away - came 30 minytes prior to...quick diagnosis and subsequent repair - very reasonably priced. Definitely try them!

Great company, they installed a boiler for me, the job was clean, neat and done right. I have referred them to my family and friends and all them have been very satisfied. Calling them now for a boiler tune up.
