Chris and the staff there are amazing to get help from. Even when calling on a busy day, he makes you feel welcome. Plus, you never know what will be on clearance. :-) plus brothers playing together and bonding over farming ...priceless.

If you never visited a tractor supply store, you need to. They have items you need for real world requirements. Great website and app. The Penn Yan location has just enough of what you need for home or farm or business needs.

Great store to shop in super customer service. Called yesterday to see if they had a part I needed for my snow blower, and I spoke with Alicia, She checked on the part and they had just one left ,I asked if she could hold it for an hour . She said sure that it would be up front with the cashier . When I arrived later the friendly cashier greeted me and had the part right there. All people working there we so nice to do business with. Thanks to Alicia for her customer service.

Friendly, helpful always recognize me,which means they pay to their customers this past year ,I can gaurentee I've spent close too $1,800 just on here and there trips at least ,twice a week.

Tractor Supply is always a good experience but this one in Penn Yan is extra nice! It's always clean, organized and fun to shop with friendly service. I always find what I'm looking for plus more I don't need.
