Great experience at the store. Wish I would’ve started shopping here years ago! Mark, our salesman, was very knowledgeable, and very honest about the products that we were shopping for. The show room is beautiful and very well laid out. Will definitely recommend Home appliance to friends and family.

who guided us to the washer/dryer area while she summoned a salesman. Chris came out. Very knowledgeable. Within minutes, led us to the perfect unit. Very pleasant experience!

We had a great experience buying a washing machine from Doug at the Avon Home Appliance location. Doug really knew the features on the different washers and helped us select the right one for our needs. The washer was available within a few days which was very important and they provide their own in house service which is also very important if any issues arise. Home Appliance also price matches the big box stores. The main reason we bought our washer here over a big box store was personal service from Doug and their own service department for any issues, they won’t leave you to deal with the manufacturer all on your own. If you have an issue with an appliance from a big box store good luck, you have to deal with the manufacturer first.

After explaining our extremely negative experience with a previous product, our salesman, Neil Costa was extremely patient and knowledgeable with helping us to find a new refrigerator which then carried over into a new range as well a convection oven. We are extremely pleased with the customer service that we received from Neil. We are now just waiting on availability and pricing so far a great experience.

Robert was fantastic through the whole experience. I went to Home Appliance just needing a new upright freezer.

I ended up taking advantage of Black Friday carryover pricing and also purchased a new GE profile Washer and Dryer.

Robert was never overly pushy and simply provided the information I asked for and let me make the decision.

Salesman Mark was very knowledgeable and was able to direct us quickly to the refrigerators that would fit our specific needs. Showroom is beautiful and well stocked. Price quotes came quickly, were competitive and we were able to make a decision.

My purchase couldn't have gone more smoothly. Neil was a pleasure to work with. An added bonus was that the price of the washer and dryer was lower than any other stores!

We had the best experience with Doug at Home Appliance Showroom and Design in Avon where we purchased our appliances. We do not normally look forward to shopping for large appliances; however, Doug made it easy and interesting for us to know what is available for consumers. Throughout this encounter Doug asked us about things we had not even anticipated which was much appreciated. We felt no pressure. We were really listened to, and because of that, we were able to see and purchase the appliances we were actually hoping for. With Doug, no question is irrelevant or too small. Stunning showroom with many choices ! Staff knowledeable and helpful with products . Neil was helpful with the process of purchasing three appliances. I do like that it is a family owned business !

Shopping was such a pleasant experience. The showroom displays are gorgeous and inspiring. We were shopping for a washer and dryer set and our salesperson, Robert, was SO helpful in showing us the many choices that were available to see right there in the showroom. He listened to our wants and needs, gave us expert professional information and advice, and helped us make the best choice. The checkout process was quick and easy and now we’re looking forward to delivery! (Bonus was being able to take advantage of good Labor Day sale prices!)

I needed a new apartment-sized refrigerator to replace the one I had in the basement that died. Doug at Home Appliance helped me by getting the dimensions of what I needed and then searching their warehouse inventory to find a good match. It all was done quickly, and the team at Home Appliance was great. New fridge comes in a week. Very happy!

The showroom is beautiful with an expansive selection of appliances and high quality brands. Neil was knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot wait to receive my new appliance next week. I will only shop at Home Appliance Sales & Service going forward!

Received great service throughout my multiple visits to select a new in wall oven. Both Jim and Chris were very transparent with the information and friendly. A new found place for my home appliances.

Chris Shaw did an excellent job in identifying a suitable replacement for our 20-year-old Asko dishwasher. Our existing unit has a wood panel on the front and we wanted a dishwasher that would accommodate the panel. I brought the original owner's manual and the panel dimensions to the Home Appliance showroom to facilitate the selection. Chris carefully searched through the Asko offerings and found a unit that would meet our needs. As a result of this positive experience, I purchased a new dishwasher and will likely call Home Appliance in the future to service our Wolf and Subzero kitchen appliances.

My husband and I live in Brunswick. We were very frustrated trying to get a hold of the salesperson we talked to last Saturday at the Brunswicklocation. We called every 15 minutes trying to get a live person to answer the phone. After a couple of hours of frustration my husband said why don't you just call the Avon store. That's what we did. Eric answered the phone and he took care of everything for us. Within 10 minutes we had our microwave ordered for pickup in Brunswick. Thank you and Eric so much. We will deal with the Avon store in the future.
