Kimberly is amazing to work with. She is kind and personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. At every step in the process I felt like she had my interests at heart. Her skills allowed me to purchase a home that fit all my requirements and fell within my budget. Because of her my son and I have a place to call home.

I worked with Kimberly on the lender's side of the transaction. I've personally worked with hundreds of real estate agents, and I was thoroughly impressed by her from start to finish! She has the knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, and friendliness you hope to get in a real estate agent but potentially even more important, she cares. It's an unbeatable combination and I couldn't recommend her enough to anybody looking to purchase a home!!

Kimberly helped us sell our home and buy a new one. We were in search of a home for quite sometime. Kimberly has extreme patience... Kimberly once again has impressed!
In 2015 I purchased a two family home using Kimberly as my realtor. Throughout these past 6 years I have lived in it, rented it, improved the property, and sold it using Kimberly as my realtor. And once again she was able to professionally and compassionately deal with all parties involved.
If there is a Presidential election of all realtors , Kimberly has my vote.

I worked with Kim. Many times on home Inspections. She is one of the few realtors I except referrals from. She is one of the few realtors who actually cares about her buyers. She left me do my job as a Home Inspector. She let me explain everything in details and backs me up with making sure the buyer are educated on the new purchase of the home they are buying.
