Dr. Jeffrey B. Noftz, MD

I have been his patient for many years and I consider Dr. Noftz to be the best primary care doctor I have had in my 76 years. He is friendly and compassionate. He listens carefully to my concerns and then diagnoses and treats appropriately. He clearly keeps up on the latest medical news. He's willing to spend the time with me that's needed for each appointment. That sometimes means that he gets behind on his appointments, but I find him well worth waiting for. I have also had good experiences with the nurse practitioners in his office.

I was a patient of dr noftz for years. after having to find a dr after leaving as one of dr powers patient I didn't think I'd find another dr as good as dr power so I googled and found dr noftz and found that he was just as good of a dr. dr noftz is very friendly takes the time to listen and explain things qnd gives options and his opinions of the options and allows you to chose which makes me feel like im in control of my health instead of just being told amd given medications I don't want. unfortunately I had an appointment with him I showed up they said he was out sick amd had to reschedule i rescheduled a total of 2 times after that due to him being out sick qnd my appointment being canceled my appointment after that I missed thinking it was a canceled appointment and the office told me I could no longer go to that office so I had to find a different dr. the poor reviews about his staff I agree with I would refuse to see the nurse practitioner Nancy Martin she was god aweful and super rude and closed minded I also did my physical therapy in his office for my my hand and they were very friendly and good as well

I’ve been going to Dr. Noftz for over 4 years now and he’s the best family doctor I’ve ever met! He’s patient, compassionate, intelligent and I know whenever I go see him I am going to have my questions answered! Dr. Noftz and Nancy Martin both go over and beyond to help me and I feel so comfortable always being 100% transparent with them both. He doesn’t rush you out the door, he spends the time listening and communicating. So if there’s ever a long wait for me to be seen I don’t ever get frustrated because I know he’s going to take his time with me too! Their staff are also incredible! If you want a family doctor who treats you as if you’re his own family, go see Dr. Noftz!

Dr. Nortz is an exceptional physician. He is the best diagnostician I have ever met. He has the ability to analyze symptoms that other physicians, including specialists, are not able to analyze. He is the best primary care physician I have ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Noftz as a physician, particularly if you need an excellent diagnostician. In addition, he is pleasant and concerned about each patient.

My family absolutely loves Dr. Noftz. He is always very patient and takes his time to explain things. The fact that I trust him with my son's care is enough said.

Best family doctor I have ever known. He listened to his patients and respects his patients. He explains what is wrong with you and tells what course of action is needec.

So far so good. I feel like they listen to me. I think they have been very working with my problems. I feel very comfortable with all of the staff. I'm glad to be one of his clients.

Many of my family members go to Dr. Noftz. The staff is always pleasant, and go above and beyond in everything they do. I'm constantly referring other family and friends.

The wait was kinda long. Loved my nurse and the secretary. The doctor is AMAZING though! Highly recommend. Minus the wait lol.

I used to be a patient of Dr Noftz and thought he was a good physician, but I have had similar bad experiences with his staff to those described by others and have changed my opinion. I hadn't been to see Dr Noftz for a couple of years and recently tried to make an appointment, but was told very curtly that I had been taken off his books and he wasn't taking any new patients, so I would have to find a new doctor. No effort was made to contact me before I was removed from his group of patients to see if I still wanted to remain as one of his patients. To me this shows a lack of true care about the patients and instead is a business/production line model of health care that is so common now. Hard to find a doctor that actually cares about their patients. Dr Noftz appears not to be one of those.

While going through one of the most difficult times, we got a certified letter stating “since we were dissatisfied with Dr. Noftz’s service, he was no longer our physician.” This is after he was forwarded a test result from a specialist with a note to please call me with the results. Someone from his office called and said he would not talk to me unless I did a TeleMed call or my husband came in for an appointment. It’s all about the money with this place. There is no human compassion whatsoever. He would not talk to me for 2 minutes! I wish I could give this place no stars! This is a first! I’ve never been fired by a doctor before. We weren’t planning to go back, so they wasted their precious money sending us a certified letter. They’ll probably try to bill our insurance for that.

I was recommended by his staff to use their in house physical therapy. They failed to check if their physical therapy was covered by my insurance, it was not. This was not discovered until after my appointment, which I then had to pay for out of pocket.

Tried to get a new family dr. for my husband and waited and waited 2 weeks just to have his office tell me that maybe I'd better try the next dr./// WTH??????????? BOZO

HORRIBLE office staff! Rude, incompetent. Not to mention they have fees for everything!
