Women's Care of Wood County

I have seen Dr Miller for the last few years, so I was hesitant to see someone new when Dr Miller retired. I saw Kendra today and she was fantastic. She was warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. I was in and out of the office quickly and yet didn't feel rushed at all. It was a great experience!

I always love visiting the ladies at Wood County Women’s Care. Dr Porter and her team always ask about my little girl (delivered two years ago!) and are excited to see pics. They give it to you straight and don’t sugar coat things— whether it’s regarding pregnancy complications, or various options available when there are female issues! It’s very much appreciated and I’m comfortable going to talk to them there!

I highly recommend Wood County Women’s Care. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, professional and caring. Marcia T is very thorough, caring, helpful, gentle, and concerned about each patient! I never have to wait a long time to be seen, but she spends ample time with me to answer any and all questions and concerns!

My experience with women's care was exceptional. Every employee I encountered was attentive, and extremely efficient. I cannot say enough about doctor Lillian Miller. She has a perfect mix of care, concern, and efficiency.

I am certainly sad to see Marcia Traber retire. She has been my women's care health professional for many years. I wish her a happy retirement!

I got caught behind TWO accidents called ahead to let them know. When I got there everyone was very kind. I love me some Dr Miller!! Happy for her moving forward and retiring but sad personally because she has always made me feel safe and cared for. She be missed greatly.

Dr. Miller and her staff are amazing! I am disabled. They made sure that I was safe and comfortable. All that was needed this year was done quickly and efficiently. They were very caring.

Dr. Porter really listens and cares for her patients. She was able to point me towards my autoimmune diagnosis and referrals after years of doctors not fully listening or finding an answer. Always has a plan of action and options for everything. I appreciate her nurses as well, they are all kind and understanding.

Dr. Porter provided me with one of the most thorough exams I have ever received from any MD! She explained the rationale for various tests and answered all of my questions while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor. She will always be my choice for my OBGYN!

I love the care that I receive from all of the staff at Women's Care of Wood County. I've been coming here for years and they've been with me from my first awkward gynecology appointments to diagnosing chronic pain and now welcoming my first child. Every experience I've had has allowed me to feel more confident in myself.

My experience as a patient here has been excellent. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming, and the NP’s and doctors that I’ve seen have all been compassionate, friendly, helpful, and willing to answer any questions that I have. Dr. Miller took excellent care of my baby and I during my pregnancy until the very end and has continued to do so during my postpartum care. I won’t go anywhere else for my OB/GYN needs.

I have been going here for 10+ years. I won't go to any other place. I trust them. I had my son 11 years ago(in June) and I chose Doctor Leggett as my ob. He was there for me throughout my entire pregnancy and answered any questions I had. Unfortunately when it came time to give birth Dr. Cal had to perform my surgery due to Dr. Leggett being busy delivering a set of twins. When I was pregnant with my daughter in 2016-2017 he was there for me yet again and I had a great pregnancy with him by my side. Knowing I had to have another c-section he was determined to not miss my daughters birth. I now have Kendra that I see and she is so polite and respectful and cares about what I have to say or have concerns about. I love coming here knowing I'm in great hands no matter what the circumstances may be.

Would absolutely recommend Women's Care of Wood County. Dr. Miller, the staff, nurses and ultrasound techs have all been wonderful! Dr. Miller is very thorough and everyone has been very helpful throughout my pregnancy. They've done a wonderful job answering this first time mom's questions and guiding me through the process. Thank you!!

Dr. Millar is the best! She preformed my hysterectomy. Dr. Miller is professional, caring and she will be missed when she retires in December. I couldn't ask for a better surgeon.

Have been a patient for over 30 years. Ob for 2 babies. Great care, great people! Will miss Marcia greatly, but wish her the best in retirement!

Absolutely wonderful staff and Drs!! I started with Dr Miller but now see Kendra Staton NP as Dr Miller is retiring. They provide excellent care and their office is gorgeous!!

They talked me through my first gynecological appointment, helped ensure I was comfortable, and thoroughly explained everything. Everyone was gentle and calm. Positive experience.

Women's care of wood county provides excellent care. All members of the staff, from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors, are professional, courteous, and patient when answering questions.
