Dr. Kim and the supporting staff have been taking phenomenal care of my cat, Ruby. I just took her back for her 3 month follow-up to recheck her urine, and every time we come they’ve always made us feel welcomed. A few months ago, Ruby was having lots of accidents outside the litter box, some blood in her urine and overall I could tell she was just uncomfy. When I took her in, the doctor recommended running some diagnostics. He checked her bladder using ultrasound, took samples of her blood and urine for labs and sent us home with antibiotics in the meantime. Her bloodwork was normal but the doctor determined she had crystals in her urine, so he recommended to change her food to a urinary health diet and a follow up of her progress after a couple months. I appreciated how thorough he was with his explanations to confirm that I was in the loop.

Ever since initial treatment, she’s been doing much better. Her labs are improving, but not yet where the doctor wants her to be. Thankfully she’s enjoying her new food because she needs to stay on it to keep improving. Again, super grateful to all the staff for making Ruby and me feel as calm as possible in an otherwise scary situation, and I can tell that they care for my cat as if she was their own. The staff’s friendliness makes it a place I want to come back to.

The office was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and caring :) The doctor was knowledgeable and let me know exactly what was going on. I came in due to an emergency because my dog got bitten by another dog, and they were more than willing to reassure me that everything was ok. While other hospitals refused to take my dog in due to fully booked schedules, the team at Valley View Animal Hospital didn’t hesitate to have us come in right away. Thanks for everything- true professionals.

I recently visited this veterinary clinic and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism. Dr. Kim was exceptionally knowledgeable, providing clear and comprehensive explanations about my pet's health. Their warm-hearted approach to animal care was genuinely comforting. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making the whole experience very pleasant. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality care for their pets.

Dr.Kim literally saved my dogs’ life many times now from multiple incidents of pancreatitis and pyometra. I’m so thankful for him and his staff 🙏 They are patient and caring. And while the treatment cost can add up, it’s still far more reasonable here than anywhere else. You can tell they genuinely care 💗There’s a reason why this place is always busy.

Excellent caring and friendly staff! Vet is really good and informative. Making appointments has been easy and immediate, like same day or next day. Prices are fair!

I wish I could give this place 100 stars. They took me in for an emergency and started quick and efficient care once they diagnosed my dog with pancreatitis and 3x the normal glucose levels for my dog. He was admitted today and I couldn’t be more appreciated by the help, compassion and care Dr. Kim provided me today as well as the staff. I recommend this place 15/10

I am so glad I stumbled upon Valley View AH! It's a gorgeous, new facility with some of the most friendliest and kindest staff ever. My local vet was booked for surgeries 4 months out and I was in a hurry to look for a new place to spay my puppy. They were able to set an appointment within a week! Unlike some of the places I called, Valley View AH were very transparent with their prices for spaying over the phone and I really appreciated that. The prices are reasonable and I liked how they offered a standard package and an upgraded package with extra services.

Dr. Kim is fantastic! He is very welcoming, cheerful, and confident. He has a great bio and educational background so I felt confident leaving my pup in his hands. I did not feel rushed during our consultation and he welcomed any questions that I had. The front desk staff is exceptional. They are attentive and you can tell they care for your pet and enjoy working there. George (I hoped I spelled his name right!) was the best and took his time to thoroughly explain to us the post-op care.

My little pup had a successful spay operation! She cried on the way home but once she took her pain medication she was resting peacefully. I can't wait until she gains her full strength back but she is already on the road to a good recovery. Give this place a try and bring your lovable pets here. You'll be in good hands!

My dog injured her paw. My regular vet couldn't/wouldn't fit her in. I've been going there for over 25 years. This happens far too often. I called so many vets in the area and had no luck. I'm very grateful that I found Valley View Animal Hospital. They were able to work her in. They were very friendlly and throrough, and their pricing was very fair. They didn't force me to do XRay's which would have been probably over $600. They sent me home with meds and told me to let them know how she was in a week. I like that in a vet! She's doing better after 3 days. Thank you guys!

My cat Angela who I adopted and spent an amazing 8 years with had so many health issues, Valley View Animal Hospital went above and beyond helping her thru it all. When the time came and she was old, tired and ready to leave this world I went to them and they were just so amazing I really have no words. When I got the call to pick up her ashes they continued to support me even after she was gone. Giving her to me in the most beautiful little urn along with her paw print, I didn't expect it. From the bottom of my heart thank you!

I have been here for two major pet crisis' - once for surgery and once for end of life care for two different pets. Dr. Kim is a wonderful vet, very professional and takes his time to explain everything to you. When it came time for end of life care, they did not rush us out, they let us take all the time we needed to say goodbye. I will be forever grateful.

When we bring our animals here everyone is so kind and professional. The office is cute and very clean and the dr. takes his time explaining everything. He is very gentle and caring and always happy to answer any questions.

Our kitty had an infection in her leg and the Dr. Cleaned her up and treated her. Great price, very nice people working up front. I will use this vet for all our medical needs

Everyone here are so patient and friendly. The Dr. Explains with patience what is happening with your pet (in my case, a dog), and answers all your questions. Have never felt like they are rushing me at all. Very clean place.

This review is a few months overdue.
My experience with Dr.Kim and his staff was nothing short of phenomenal.
I brought my sweet cat Sam in to Valley View Animal Hospital in dire need of medical attention.
She had been badly bitten by my landlord’s dog Luna. Dr.Kim was conscientious regarding my financial situation and gave me a realistic yet feasible option which turned out to be a great success.
He did an extremely thorough and comprehensive cleaning of Sam’s wounds and stitched her back up which required attention to detail and closely monitored sedation.
He was very honest regarding the potential outcome stating that there was a 50% chance that her wounds would not heal properly and an infection would ensue but the other 50% chance was that Sam’s wounds would heal just fine without needing any further medical assistance.
In conclusion, Sam healed beautifully and hopefully doesn’t remember her intensely traumatic incident. (I literally had to pull her out of the dog’s mouth. Thank gawd I happened to witness this horrific event and I was able to pry her out of Luna’s mouth….Luna isn’t vicious in the least bit she was just being a dog.)

(Needless to say…I no longer let my cats outside…yes…I fully accept responsibility for acting in a foolish and moronic fashion for letting my cats outside with three dogs living primarily in the backyard adjacent to my apartment.) Let this be a warning to any other cat owners who let their cats/small animals outside…anything can happen. He/she could be run over by a car, get bitten, catch a disease, be harmed by someone with ill intentions etc.)
*** THINK TWICE…correction…THINK THREE TIMES before letting your cats out to roam around so you don’t make the same mistake I did.
