Casa Mariachi

Great little Mexican restaurant. They didn't have a wait-list which was nice, but they did end up getting one. The server was very nice and attentive. The food was really good, good portion sizes, and there were a lot of options. We ended with churros and they were so good. I highly recommend going there! I'm sure they won't have any problems competing with La Loma if they ever open in Parker since their quality really went downhill in the recent years. Mama Loma is still rolling over in her grave... The prices were awesome too.

We had an excellent experience at Casa Mariachi recently. We went on a busy night and still had great service. The food was delicious. The frajita plate arrived sizzling hot and there was enough food for two. Casa Mariachi is one of our favorite two Mexican restaurants. Hope you enjoy this one as well.

One of our family favorites! Tonight we had two birthdays in the family, and they sang to us, and they were so great. The food was amazing too, of course.

They have a super friendly staff, great margaritas & excellent food. The fajitas and birria tacos are the best around! Accommodate food allergies well too.

Casa Mariachi catered a taco bar for a bridal shower I hosted. It was easy to order from the website and the food Saul delivered was fresh and delicious.

The restaurant serves delicious food and the service is impeccable. Very friendly and attentive staff.

We were just driving by and found this restaurant and decided to give it a try. We loved the food and the family atmosphere, the Margaritas were amazing! The server was super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely repeat. Highly recommended.

When a restaurant is as busy in the middle of the day on a Sunday as this one was today, it's a sure sign the food is good - which it was! Enjoyed the experience of eating here for the first time and plan to come back again in the future when I come back down to Parker.

A great family venue in the Parker area that provides the whole package when it comes to Mexican restaurants! Fun, clean, and festive, add to that one of their signature margaritas and you are primed for a great eating experience! I get the Camarones Mariachi, bacon-wrapped shrimp in a supah-tasty Portuguese sauce...YUM! The service is always tops and the bean dip and salsa...wow! A must try!

We slept on this place for a year since moving here and finally tried it last week… and wow this place is legit!!!

Food was absolutely delicious. This was my second time coming to this restaurant and definitely was impressed. Both times I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Mexican food.

Food was served hot and promptly. Server friendly. I shared c relleno and the steak n cheese nachos. Both were flavorful and plentiful. I would go again.

Easily some of the best Mexican food I have had! The drinks are fantastic as is the customer service. Great experiences every time, and will definitely be returning.

Hands down my favorite Mexican food in Parker, but still second in all of Denver Metro.
I love that they serve both bean dip and salsa with chips. The salsa is watery in texture, but still has great flavor (I recommend a little dip of bean dip first to help the salsa hang on).
The food is simply fantastic. Their green chili is made with tomatillos rather than tomatoes, so it's super tangy, which is my favorite! The enchilada sauce is mild but tasty. The shredded chicken is all white meat and well seasoned. The staff is great and the owner is frequently in house, which shows that he cares and is working to make his place amazing.
If you haven't been, please give it a try. Such a quality, well-run local business.

The food is worth the price for how much you get. Definitely coming back to try more things, there's so many options.

Went to Casa Mariachi to celebrate my father who had passed away a few weeks prior. Mexican food was his favorite and this place comes as close as can be to a place we used to go to all the time back in California.
We were seated right away. Chips and salsa are great and we love that they add the beans with it. Chips are nice and warm. I had a strawberry margarita which was good but felt a little weak and didn't come in a traditional glass. Nothing major. My wife got the chicken taquitos which she loves. Extra crispy and nicely seasoned chicken inside.
I asked the server what was there signature dish and he pointed me towards the Molcajete(also one of the most expensive things on the menu so I don't know if he was just trying to up the bill or not) This thing is huge! It comes in a giant clay pot and has strips of grilled chicken and steak on it and vegetables and chorizo underneath. Rice and beans on the side with tortillas to make a little wrap with it. Really good flavor but the meat was so thin. Overall really good experience.

Just love this place. Best margaritas in town! Great bean dip. Huge menu, tons of great choices. Our favorite in Parker.

Came with a large group. The waiter took excellent care of us. The margaritas with Grand Man were to die for! The food was a little disappointing

Mother’s Day early dinner! We called ahead of time to gauge the wait, we’re told a few tables were open, made it in on time before the rush hit. This place was packed, not only because it was Mom’s day, but generally it offers a great food and drink selection and an exceptional service! Their chips and salsa with a hot serving of mashed decried cheesy beans and drink options that you can choose to upgrade with the classier Tequilas is a great flexible option to get what you enjoy!

Got a live presentation at the table side to make mom smile and happy... mission accomplished 🙂

Though they were busy, food did not take too long to come out and was delicious as always! Got an order of Shrimp and chicken fajitas and another order of a Smothered burrito...
