Super 8 by Wyndham Alamosa

The stay was excellent. Zach who checked us in was very polite, friendly and respectful. Zach took care of an issue we were having with the tv, was prompt and stayed with the issue until it was resolved. The motel was very clean, beds very comfy. Thank you!

We stayed 4 days and the staff are always ready to help you have a good and pleasant stay. The breakfast is more than adequate with eggs, sausages, waffles, yogurt, cereals, juices, milk, coffee. The location was very beneficial, since we had some business to take care of and all retail centers are at a walking distance. The rooms are very comfortable, including the mattresses and pillows. Wifi is good too. Great value overall! Will stay again.

They got the latest TV, 10-inch new mattresses, s which were upgraded like a week before. The room smelled really nice when you entered, what more you can complain? Located just next to MacD, Burger kind, and Taco bell just in case you are too hungry when you check in.

I really like the kid helping his mom to get the room access cards punched during check in, you don't see that much these days.

The staff, location, rooms, breakfast, and safe feel was exceptional for the low price of staying. Having a pet friendly room was nice for our 4-legged friends. It helped make our visit to Alamosa and the surrounding areas enjoyable and full of lifetime messages. Definitely recommend staying here if you happen upon Alamosa.

Very clean! We walked into our room, and you could smell how clean it was. The beds were soft, staff super friendly, and the continental breakfast was pretty good!

It was great ! Well run hotel. The manager on duty who moved here from California who checked us in was very kind and accommodating! Clean room , nice pool and hot tub and good breakfast! Slept well on 2nd floor would stay here again!

Very comfortable pillows and mattress. The hot tub was soo hot. We loved it. Breakfast was good for what it is. But what I'm really impressed by was Koda at the front desk that evening at check in. What a great human.

This stay was a pleasant surprise. I found a 15% off discount for one night here online. The king room had wooden floors, a big maroon bell picture above the bed, and a functional chair with an unattached ottoman/footrest. The bathtub was deep and clean. The air unit stays on constantly, which is great for when I wash my kids’ clothes in the sink and need to dry them fast before check out. The pillows were very comfortable and soft. Breakfast was a warm buffet. Early in the morning my kids were energetic in the halls and the front desk man was very kind in helping me calm them down and getting back to my room. The lobby was very clean and staff wore a mask when out in the lobby. The location is next to many fast food restaurants, two of which guests get a 20% off discount to. This motel beat a Marriott and Quality Inn stay in Kansas I recently had by a ballpark. I would go out of my way to stay at this motel again.

Stayed here for two nights and had no issues at this super 8. Manager was super cool and answered some questions I had; house keeping and front desk were kind. Clean and things were quiet. Definitely a nice little place to rest.

Clean comfortable rooms with toiletries should you need them. The extra pillows were especially nice. Quality linens also the breakfast was awesome and the best hotel coffee from any super8 ..thanks guys ! Yall are awesome. Thanks for taking care of the little things.

Clean place. Lower price than others in the area for all the same amenities. Hot breakfast was good. Rooms were complimentary to other hotels in the area for twice the price. Staff is very friendly. Pool and spa on-site, no workout area. Non smoking, but designated smoking area right outside pool. Close to fast food and grocery store.

We stayed here with family for our trip to Sand Dunes. The rooms were clean the kids enjoyed pool and hot tub. Their breakfast was one of the best I ever had at any super 8. Staff was great and helpful. The only down side is they did not have elevator, so it was bit hard to drag all our luggage upstairs.

I had a great experience while staying at the Super 8. The staff is very friendly and were attentive to all our needs. The manager was very knowledgeable about places in the area that were fun for the whole family. The Super 8 is in the perfect location, the Sand Dunes, Zapata Falls, and the fishing areas are all within a short driving distance. The best part was the rooms were very clean and we felt safe that the staff was so sanitary!

Thee best breakfast. Although it felt a little outdated the rooms were clean and comfy. Staff were the nicest I met on this 1 week trip

The very best so far, we are traveling across country for a month during this pandemic and have stayed at MANY hotels and this one has by far exceeded our expectations. Staff was great, we had as close to breakfast as possible with biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fruit, juice and coffee. The pool and hot tub were open. The rooms we were clean and nice.

Staff was awesome. They always had what I needed and even beyond that. The front ladies at the desk were super nice the whole time. The bed wasn’t as comfy as I’d wished but it was still great. The pool and hot tub are small but just right for the size of the hotel. Alamosa is awesome and I’d totally stay here again when I go back!

I booked this using Agoda which was exceptionally painful as we arrived late in the evening but the payment from Agoda to the hotel didn't go through (my payment to Agoda went through just fine) and we had to contact their customer service several times. I was glad we did eventually reach them, but the rep was very hard to understand, and not at all helpful. The receptionist at the Super 8 was extremely understanding and kind. We chatted about (coincidentally) all being from Omaha. The actual stay was surprisingly good, I know Super 8s can be hit or miss but this one was alright and the staff being so friendly made it even better. The only downside was weak WiFi but pretty much all cheap motels suffer from that, especially when the room is far from the reception area.
When it comes to the booking service I used - next time, if we ever come though again, I will just pay the (slightly higher) fee at the reception instead of going through fishy sites to save ten bucks.
