Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and was impressed with the room and service. We ate everyday at the hotel and the food was excellent (Gary, the chef, knows what he's doing!). The rest of the staff was pleasant to be around and made it an enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Firstly - Gary the chef is an INCREDIBLE asset to this location. Always friendly, social and willing to accommodate the customer. If corporate is reviewing these customer reviews, please recognize this mans efforts!

Secondly, I stay here often as I travel to Colorado Springs often for business. This location is perfect. Across from many food and shopping establishments and easily accessible and SAFE! Never a problem.

Hotel isn't the newest but I've been traveling 5+ weeks and had the best nights sleep since! Beds/pillows are a personal thing but for me they are VERY comfortable.

We love the Hilton hotels! Every time we have had to use hotels, the Hilton is by far the best! The service is always comforting and welcoming. The food at this location is the best because their chef, Gary, is very passionate about food and makes everything to order. You’ll love staying here

This was my second two-night stay at this Hilton Garden Inn in 2023. I like this location because it's near I-25 but not right next to it, and because of the multitude of shops across the street (within walking distance, if you're so inclined). Although I check in and out using the app, as well as the digital key, any encounters I've had with the staff have been positive. Everyone always has a hello and a smile. Bear in mind that breakfast is not included with your room, but there is a restaurant in the lobby where you can purchase breakfast. There is also a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine in the room. I bring my own simple breakfast anytime I stay.

First and most importantly... let's talk about Doug. He was absolutely instrumental in making our stay fantastic. His kindness and compassion is unparalleled. The entire staff was fantastic.

The stay was very nice. I booked my room “last minute” late in the afternoon using the Hilton app. The app was simple to use (I’ve used it in the past), but the remote check-in went smooth and I was able to get digital key no problem.

The kitchen staff and bartender were delightful; Jessi was a champ dealing with a couple of rowdy, but friendly patrons while getting everyone’s drink right. The wings were spot on from the kitchen. And the small gesture of the “Welcome” screen on the TV when you came in the room was appreciated.

I also noted the layout and construction of the building made for a very comfortable stay. I appreciated the wider hallways and also the wider/larger stair wells. Everything had a bit more space and this really gave a nice feel to the building. The room was in great condition and very clean. The layout was smart and efficient with some nice details such as the bathroom lighting switch working from both the entry and inside the bath. Overall the switch locations were smart and well thought out. The usable closet and sliding doors were a nice change and again, really helped the space from feeling congested inside the room. The interior finish selections were excellent and the trade work looked.

This Hilton is very well located with access to the highway and close to the US Air Force Academy. Well appointed rooms are kept clean and the staff is fantastic. Very much willing to make your stay comfortable and bend over backwards to accomplish that. Would stay here anytime I’m in the area.

The hotel staff (particularly the kitchen staff) were welcoming and extremely helpful, giving us excellent recommendations for things to do in the local area. The room was clean and the hotel felt very safe, with a good distance between it and other buildings. Located on a hill, it came with an amazing view of the mountains.

Room was great besides a broken lamp and the door to the bathroom looking like it needed some work. Service was quick and the front desk clerks were very friendly. The location was awesome for us with the shopping center across the street.

Excellent hotel. The fact that the breakfast isn't free is annoying, and it is not really worth the money for what you get. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the staff was great. I definitely recommend!

Also, I just remember that there didn't seem to be a hot tub and the pool looked like it had lots of visible dirt on the bottom of it. I only looked in from the gym, it's possible it was a poor design that makes it look dirty.

Our hotel was easy to get to, staff was ready to check us in, room was clean. Then came breakfast! Mr. Carter, the chef was fantastic! His omelets, pancakes, potatoes, and his whole personality were a fantastic start to every day. He was always positive, and such a great person to be around. Sky, one of the hostesses was also phenomenal! She was always helpful, nice, and ready to get us whatever we needed. Both of them always provided awesome suggestions for things to do in the area as well. Our final night of the stay, someone broke the window on our car, and Sky got us garbage bags, tape, and a vacuum to help us make the car safe to drive in the snowy, cold conditions. Those 2 people will be the reason we come back to this hotel next time we are in the area.

I have to say the customer service here is exceptional, I don't say that often but you are treated like a valued customer I'd say like family but better!
The hotel it self is clean comfortable and well maintained. Location seems to be in a good area, easy to find and has lots of amenities close by.
Purchase the hot breakfast, well worth the small extra charge especially nice chatting with the breakfast staff, they're wonderful!

First and foremost, the staff at this Hilton Garden Inn were exceptional people, providing great customer service to me and a friend who stayed the night at this location. I'm not particularly familiar with the area of Colorado Springs, but I had the opportunity to visit on a business related trip. The staff at this location were more than happy to answer my questions about this beautiful area and gave me insight on must see places in the area. On top of all of this, the view from the outside of the building is absolutely incredible. When I arrived at the hotel past dark the previous night, I wasn't able to see any of the mountains surrounding the area. When I woke up, packed, and walked out of the hotel at sunrise, I was completely stunned with the view.

Had a pleasant stay during a business trip. The gentleman at the front desk was personable and accommodating when asked for directions and more coffee cartridges. The breakfast staff were great as well and cooked an omelet, customized to the way I wanted. The location is just a short drive or uber to the FedEx office and near several types of restaurants as well. The hotel has a nice gym with free and cable weights and cardio machines. The room was spacious and quiet for a good night sleep!

Five stars for this hilton. Walking in, there's a warm homey feeling with a fireplace and a snack pantry next to the check-in area as well as a breakfast bar. The hotel looked super clean and modern .

Upon arrival, Maxine checked us in, and she was so helpful and super sweet . Definitely made me feel at home and accommodated my needs.
Agian with wonderful customer service and recommendations for great eats and adventures.

Wonderful bar / lounge area. As well as beautiful, clean, and comfortable rooms.

Absolutely recommend this place for business, vacation or pleasure.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were great! Very clean and spacious.
Dog friendly hotel with plenty of open outside area to walk them. Breakfast was not bad either, it is $10 additional however.
Love the location of this hotel, right across from a shopping center with plenty of options.
HIGHLY recommend Bad Daddy Burgers if you're looking for dinner!
