Employers Edge LLC

I have been associated with Employer's Edge for quite some time. And even though I went to them after a bad experience with another vendor, Employer's Edge's service and commitment far surpassed all others.

Several team members have been assigned to our account over the years. And let me say that each of them was a pleasure to work with. The associates are knowledgeable, informative and very professional. There has never been an issue too minuscule or too unimportant for their assistance.

I feel like I know most of their personnel personally. On a scale of one to five, they are completely off the charts.

I got an edge here. An employer's edge!

This review is necessary to save all of the business owners who are taking the time to read this review TIME, RESOURCES, AND MONEY.
I am extremely busy, as everyone else is, but this review is SOMETHING that REALLY needs put into the public domain to WARN potential customers.
I am an attorney who has handled Kentucky unemployment claims for my family-owned business for over twenty years. I have NEVER lost an UI claim....EVER....until switching payroll to Paylocity and somehow EMPLOYER'S EDGE gets tied into our payroll via a relationship with Paylocity. This is an entirely DIFFERENT STORY...one for a later review.
After switching to Employer's Edge, all relevant information is input into their "portal". Someone, WHO KNOWS WHO, is unilaterally deciding which of my previous employees are eligible for unemployment benefits, even though they are CLEARLY NOT eligible.
I have brought this to the attention of Employer's Edge and requested a conference call with my "Account Executive", which is not any sort of "Executive" at all, because this person has no professionalism at all. I have had to resort to demands to even get a simple response. The response I received, did NOT even address my concerns or questions. As a result of her unresponsiveness, I have requested a conference call with her, her supervisor, and an executive-level member of the Company so we can get all of these issues resolved and kinks worked out. My "Executive" finally responded, but was insistent that she was all I need to discuss issues with.
I have requested appeals on all of the claims that Employer's Edge has taken it upon themselves to classify our unemployment claims as "eligible". I have also asked SEVERAL times for an update on these appeals, NOTHING....#CRICKETS.
This company is NOT the type of "company" that any business owner or individual still reading this review should consider doing business with---EVER.
Looking at this from a purely economic standpoint, the cost of an internal hire would cost MUCH LESS than paying unnecessary unemployment claims and the resulting bump in your reserve percentages and amount.
Any business owner or other individual who would like to discuss Employer's Edge, I will gladly do so.
If there were a way to RATE THIS "Company" a NEGATIVE NUBER, I WOULD do so....and it would be COMPLETELY warranted.

Not as an employer, but as an employee. They held up my unemployment claim for no reason for months and did not contact me or provide information to the unemployment office or previous employer. When I called frustrated to get to the bottom of this after going on a wild goose chase, they were extremely rude and unhelpful.

By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
