I have no reservations referring Bills RV Storage. Their staff are professional, timely and accommodating to all my needs, and far exceeds my expectations of a storage facility. 24 hour gated and video surveillance gives great peace of mind. The reason I switched to Bills is the storage facility I used before, experienced a storm that left my RV with 11k in damage while my family and I were out town. I found my camper badly damaged 3 months later, before departing on a family trip. Management explained to me, that in the agreement, it clearly states that they are not responsible, nor will they take action to inform owners of property damage. I have been with Bills for over a year now and have received very clear communication that pertains to the storage yard or information they feel is vital to the owner of property in the yard. They truly value their customers. My only disappointment was waiting as long as I did to store my RV here. Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did!

Very easy to setup online. It is nicely fenced and you`ll get your personal access code. No complains, worth it every penny.

As first time RV owners, we were uncertain what to look for in a storage facility. We are pleased to have chosen wisely with Bill's RV Storage. The facility is always clean, well organized, and secure. I like that the surface of the lot is nicely finished and not just dirt. The location is great and easy to access. I enjoy not having to worry about our little home away from home when it's being stored!

Bills RV Storage has been great to work with regarding the storage of my RV. Having used them for about a year now, I have had no issues with accessing my RV for inspection or removal. The remote keypad makes all this easy. Plenty of room to move around inside the yard. I would recommend Bills to other folks looking for RV/boat or other vehicle storage.

My wife and I have had a great experience so far with Bill's RV & Storage. It has easy accessibility, a convenient dump station, and propane availability. And very reasonable pricing! They were recommended to us by my daughter and her husband, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Although I've only been a customer for a short time, I would recommend Bill's RV Storage to anyone seeking to store their RV. The customer service is outstanding. Hunter was great to work with and made becoming a customer seamless. The lot is also better than most with a crushed asphalt base (vs. dirt or grass at many others). The free dump station is a huge bonus!

Great experience storing my trailer with Bill's! From the initial setup and making sure I knew how to access the lot (and even a map to help me find my spot), to the tenant portal, payment processing, and ease of moving out, they were top-notch. Will definitely use them again for my future storage needs.

We stored our RV here for a month while we moved, and we were so pleased with the security, cleanliness, and amazing customer service. The gated space with key code entry was convenient and gave us peace of mind. Hunter and Jamie communicated with us at move in and move out and were very kind and professional as they ensured that our experience went as smoothly as possible. I would refer this place to anyone and absolutely rent here again.

We have stored our 5th wheel in 2 other lots and have had issues. Hugh holes in driveway, mud, lack of security, etc. When Bill opened his storage lot we were impressed with the paved lot, easy of access, and security. His rates are comparable to the other lots that aren’t as well kept. We have been with Bill since he opened this business and plan to stay. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

I moved here from NY. I was referred to Bill's by a friend so I immediately called them, while I was franticly looking for somewhere to put my 24' car trailer. Though they didn't pick up on my first call, I was called back a few hours later. We discussed everything, when I would be coming in, and a map to where I can park my trailer. They called me occasionally to check in when I'm coming in and if there is anything I need. Keypad is very nice to enter into gate. Wish the fence was higher to prevent anyone from jumping into the place, however, the location of this lot is in the top North East part of CS and in a very nice area. I feel my high value property is safe here and the employees are great!

We have had a good experience with Bill's RV & self storage. They have helped us with codes on the weekends. Rates are good. Location is easy to access. Staff friendly; always ready to help.

I shopped around extensively, and Bill's definitely offered the best bang for the buck with a free dump station, water and air, and easy access to discounted propane. The hours are also much more reasonable for early/late hours coming back from trips than other places we called. The parking was a little confusing for us trying to find the right spot, but I think that's typically the case with any open-air lot.

I keep my boat at Bills and I absolutely feel safe leaving it there. I've never one had an issue getting in or out and the auto pay makes the whole monthly payment almost too easy. I highly reccommend keeping your toys at Bills.

Very impressed with the customer service and even more incredible deal on the RV storage lot. They will go above and beyond to get you taken care of. I am very impressed and will hopefully be doing business with Bill's RV for years to come .

I highly recommend Bill's RV & Self Storage. The staff is friendly and helpful and it is nice to be able to access your boat, RV, camper or trailer even when the office is closed. The rates are very reasonable and the location is perfect for us.

Bill's RV storage has been great. They are always easy to get ahold of if you have questions. Storage lot is always upkept very well, and prices are very good. No need to look elsewhere.

I cannot begin to express how impressed I am with the storage units as well as the staff at Bill's Self Storage! Jimmy conducted himself in a professional manner when interacting with me and would have even helped me move in but he was caring for another customer. I hope the manager there is giving Jimmy a raise for the work he is doing.

The customer service at Bills RV Storage is awesome, they are extremely helpful!!! Easy in-easy out with my RV. The amenities are also so convenient. This place is great!
