AT&T Store

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! Thanks to Justin and Nate, I was able to make informed decisions on getting the best option for what I needed. They were attentive, friendly, and professional. What a great team!

UPDATE: For further assistance, I also had great experiences with John and Isabel. I love that 100% of my visits to this location have been amazing because of the people there. Again, what a great dream team!!!

Excellent service from friendly staff. There is a corporate store much closer to my home but this store is much better. Keep up the good work, I will be back for any new purchases.

I always dread going into the AT&T store as I hate buying a new phone. Unfortunately lost my phone and I stopped here to get a new one hooked up. Brandon and Halima were amazing. Both were friendly, patient and kind. Turned an errand I had been dreading into a great day :)

My wife and I stopped by the store to ask a simple question about our account and the team of employees there were awesome. They answered the question which will provide us with a very beneficial network benefit. They then worked to get us into a better plan for less, that had some hiccups, but they worked through a long process to success. Their customer service, friendly and supportive demeanor are all very much appreciated. So to Nate, Brandon and Josh, thank you, again, for taking such good care of us.

I commend Bruce at the AT&T Store at Prominent Point for providing outstanding customer service. I entered the store in search of a replacement mobile phone and Bruce provided me his undivided attention as he walked me through several products. As a young person attaining a college degree in computer science, Bruce was a literal technical expert helping me with my purchase and transferring data to my new phone. It was a pleasant experience entering the AT&T Store at Prominent Point.

Bruce got our new iPhones transferred and activated with a helpful attitude. He is awesome!!!

I've been having issues for months with my bill (service charges, unauthorized lines etc) I was finally able to get a breath of fresh air with the help of the manager here!!! He resolved all of the issues and i only had to explain my situation once. Many thanks to these guys!

I was in here the other day getting several things done. There was only one guy working there and shortly after he started working with me a very rude and impatient customer came in was waiting very impatiently, cussing "under his breathe" and everything. Despite the fact that I know he too heard the guy, my sales reps "Johnny blaze" kept his cool and handled it very professionally. He took his time dealing with all of my needs and didn't rush me out because of the impatient customer. I was impressed with his customer service

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am slow to upgrade my phones, so after my S9, this S23 is a little different and I like it, and I'll get used to it!!

Worked with Chris he was great help and we were very impressed with him. Took the time to answer our questions and helped us get our new phones set up.

I just upgraded my phone today at the AT&T store and Mikaela provided exceptional customers service. She took the time to answer all of my questions and go over all my account information. She also helped in picking out the correct accessories. I highly recommend visiting Mikaela at this store.

We went in and this AMAZING employee, Elijah, helped us out. He got us the best deal, explained things well, and was super knowledgeable. DEFINITELY one of the best employees I have come across in any service anywhere. Would recommend this employee!

I went to this AT&T when my phone wouldn’t connect to a cell service. Amber was very nice and professional and helped me tremendously to fix the problem. She even convinced me to get a new pop socket. But overall an amazing experience she was very helpful.

The manager, Josh, provided exceptional service. He’s was positive and polite. Extremely knowledgeable about every part of the process.

Got great assistance from Mike. Had an issue with my phone that the Falcon store couldn't even offer a solution for fixing. Had to get a new phone but got a trade-in on the old problem phone and got a new one free. Thanks Mike.
