Home Depot is a solid company. I like them much better than their competitors...the 'L' word😉🙃
This store runs well and has some great staff.

I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised when I shopped today. I'm so used to having to track down help, or get the dismissive "have you looked on the app" nonsense. Mr. Kevin went out of his way to ask if I needed any help, and provided excellent and professional service.

I had to go out of my way to go to this Home Depot as they had the item I was looking for and the stores near me did not. I think I'm just going to make this my regular store. Thanks guys!

Let's face it, most "big box stores" are mostly the same.
What set this visit apart was the older gent in Tool Rental. Really knew his stuff & didn't talk to me like I was an idiot.

Another great experience with Home Depot! I went in to get some parts for a home project I’m working on. I got to talking to the person working in the department I was shopping and man am I’m glad I did. I was about to make a rather single project turn into a much more complex one. The person working my department was extremely knowledgeable and taught me how to do the repair in much less time and at a much lower cost. Super glad I decided to ask for help! I definitely recommend you ask the staff when tackling a project that’s new to you, it could save you time and money.

Bought a new washer/dryer set from here after closing on our first home and Constance was awesome. She is knowledgeable, fun to work with, and the reason I'll drive across town to come to this location even though we live right next to a Lowes. Thank you, Constance!

We just moved into a new home and I've been racking up a lot of time at this Home Depot... in particular plumbing, electrical, and online orders/returns.

One gentleman (I think his name was "Bill" or "Tom," probably in his 50s-60s... quick-witted and super knowledgeable) got me on the right track on a toilet replacement where the original flange and faceplate was a mess and totally saved me from some bad decisions.

Also, I've racked up a lot of time with picking up online orders (and returns because I don't always get what I need)... Sarah has helped me on both order fulfillment and returns. Every time she has been incredibly proficient and friendly--I always leave in a better mood than I arrived!

They got what you need. Easy to find what you need. Friendly helpful staff. Just go directly to what you want to buy or you might end up like me... $2,000 on new counter tops that you didn't NEED. Live this place.

This Home Depot has great selection and friendly and helpful staff. I've come here for several projects ranging from flooring, electrical and gardening. Very pleased overall and I will continue to frequent this location.

Once again I have to sing the praise of an employee who went over and above the call of duty helping me. Heike in the Garden center went to a great deal of trouble to get holiday solar lights for me after I had spoken with several other employees who basically dismissed me by saying they didn't have them. I knew they would be on a palette and sure enough Heike found and secured a fork lift to get them down. These solar lights are the same ones I bought years ago which are now all worn out and I was determined to get these because of the array of color they provide but more they are tall enough that snow won't cover them in winter. Thank you Heike!

This is how you run a Home Improvement Store. I've always been a fan of Lowes, which is also much closer to my house in Black Forest, but this store is my new "go-to" for most everything I need. You can see the difference when you are walking in.... all the big carts for material are lined up in front of the right doors and ready to be used. That's just slick! No more searching from here to Timbuctoo to find a cart. The store is neat and well laid out and when I need that harder to find part, especially in plumbing, the bins are stocked and sorted correctly. The store also has the added benefit of a great tool rental shop with a very helpful staff to get you what you need.

Only place in town that carries the salt crystals recommended for my water softener & they offer military discount, just have to sign up!

I generally don't post reviews often but my experience here the past few days was AMAZING.

HUGE shout out to James (awesome name by the way) up front at the customer service / online order desk. He was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and went absolutely above and beyond to help resolve the issue I was having. He spent over an hour and a half with me, juggling other customers, calls etc and did not quit until I was 100% taken care of!

Honorable mentions also go to the other employees that helped as well: Colleen, Victor and Stephen!

You are all a huge value add to the Home Depot brand and hope you get the recognition you deserve for such an outstanding job!

I just so happened to have an amazing experience at this store thanks to an employee named Stephanie. (I think that was her name) She was so incredibly helpful when I came in to purchase flooring. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and offered very helpful suggestions. She took her time to help me find floors I had my heart set on but were out of stock. She stayed behind over an hour after her shift was over to help me find similar floors to what i was looking for! She was such a wonderful person and very professional. Home depot should be proud to call her their employee!

Went last minute for Fathers day gift. Wanted the Treager. There is was already assembled. We loved the fact I could just roll to cashier and 2 kind helper's loaded into my truck. Service is excellent

All I can say is the last couple times I've been there. I've matched my paint very well. They have a really great program there that helps them get the match of the paint perfectly. So if you need your paint matched and other things are very good. Also, if you need an appliance Larry is a super great guy! Super great customer service

I was greeted when I had just made it into the store, and the gentleman gave me directions to the aisle I needed, and told me (from memory) exactly where to find what I was looking for. On my way to my destination, I was asked by not one but two other associates at different points if they could help me, as well. I don't think I've ever had such an efficient and pleasant trip to a home improvement store. Kudos to the store management and associates.

After being ignored by one and snapped at while asking for help from another at the lowes on powers. I came here, and it was night and day difference, I interacted at length with at least 4 different employees and they were friendly, helpful, and deserving of my business from here on out. Old stove oven gave up completely and Home Depot had the GE gas double oven stove perfect for us! Delivery was smooth and new stove is not only perfectly functional but SEXY too (for a stove) plus we upgraded our microwave too!
