I cannot say enough good praise about this office. Dr. Reece is my physician and I think she is wonderful! She is very through and takes time to listen to any concerns I may have and answer questions clearly. It is also important to have friendly and competent front office staff. They are tasked to answer all incoming calls, scheduling appointments and dealing with patients all day. In my experience, the front desk have always been kind to all the patients coming into the office and they greet you when you walk in. I'm happy with the care that I receive here and pleased with how I am treated. Thank you Highlands Family!

The office staff here are have the rare combination of being efficient and capable, but also compassionate and attentive. My provider (Kara) was great - fast but not at all rushed, listened to my concerns, and gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable with my treatment. It was easy to make an appointment and I didn't have to wait a long time.

It's weird that I am excited to go back to the doctors office. As a newly insured adult, this was my first time selecting a primary car physician and I wanted to make the right choice. Naturally I chose HFM because of its location close to my home and all of their raving reviews. After a scheduling error and miscommunication they were able to get me in same day to see Dr Reece. She was more than helpful and an all around delight for my first visit in. Quickly willing to help me with the issues I had been having for over a year with some quick fixes as well as setting me up with the right specialists. I can not wait to go back and see them again to help me down my road to proper health. If you are looking for a great Primary Care Physician, Highlands Family Medicine is the place to go!

I absolutely love this place. I moved here a few years ago and reached out to my insurance company for a PCP they directed me to Dr Reese and I have stayed with her through other coverage. She is great and this clinic is professional and very friendly. I can't say enough about this place and have never lacked complaints about my doctors and their offices in the past.

They physician and staff listened to me. That alone made for a great experience. I didn’t have to wait and they were so good at putting me at ease. Everyone made my experience comfortable so that In the future I don’t have to worry about going to the doctor’s office. I really enjoyed seeing Dr. Reece. She is intelligent, competent and very personable.

Both of our children are Dr Kono’s patients. He is fantastic at explaining information to them during appointments so they understand what is happening. It’s also reassuring he listens to our parental concerns with compassion and gives helpful information to address the concerns. The best service we’ve experienced with the practice is the ability to call the nurses when I’m worried about a symptom or communicate via their portal when appropriate. Their response time, suggested treatments, and willingness to fit you into the calendar if you want to be seen in person has been fantastic. Being a parent can be stressful but having a pediatrician practice you trust and enjoy working with can be a life saver.

This was my first visit, with new insurance, to see Dr. Reece. The office is lovely and everyone was very nice and helpful. The woman who checked me in asked me a few important questions about my insurance that led to me triple-checking something (and she was right - I needed to do one extra step that wasn't obvious through my insurance) which saved me a lot of hassle. Dr. Reece was so lovely - she spoke to all of my concerns. I am so happy she is my doctor!

Absolutely the best family medicine practice I've ever been to. Our son was born 6-weeks premature and he received exquisite care from Dr. Bednarek. We loved the practice and Dr. Bednarek so much that me and my wife both switched our primary care here. Everyone from the doctors to the nurses and desk staff were incredibly professional and caring.

Everyone I encountered in the office treated me with kindness and respect. My visit started on time, and Dr. Reese was just fabulous. She made me feel heard, and answered all my questions with knowledge and compassion. I would highly recommend Highland Family Medicine!

Either I got lucky tonight or the people who wrote reviews on here are just negative about everything in their lives. It was just about the best doctor experience I've ever had. The front desk staff, PA, and the Dr were all extremely nice. The Dr was overly thorough. He spent 30 minutes explaining every aspect of my symptoms and how to attack it. I felt like I was talking to the Discovery Channel as far as the depth he went into about my body. I am extremely impressed and will recommend this clinic to everyone. Go. You will be glad you did.

Excellent place and doctor. I saw Dr. Luke and I don't think I've ever gotten a doctor's attention/time for as long as I did here. He was so thorough in explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. He explained what he was looking for and really did a phenomenal job. The office is comfortable and doesn't leave you feeling like you're gonna go home with a sickness caught from another patient. Loved this place.

Dr. Reece is always on top of her game. I saw her on Tuesday, August 13. She reviewed my chart before my appointment. With other doctors I have seen, they seem to scan your chart in a frenzy. She knew my concerns from last year's physical and asked the status of those issues. She is very efficient and does not rush you.

They were able to see me at my exact appointment time, no long wait. Dr. Lyric was awesome! Thank you!

I would absolutely recommend seeing Dr Ana! She’s patient and a great listener. She takes the time to really hear your symptoms and give a thoughtful assessment. She also went to bat for me when my prescription was crazy over priced and helped to get a lower price. Thankfully I don’t have to go to the dr often, but when I do I know it’ll be a great experience.

Dr. Bednarek and his practice is the rare and remaining family practice that aims to truly care for you and your family. I cannot express my gratitude and my faith without him and his colleagues and associates. Thank you for everything you do PLUS creating new patients with my extended family, they saw firsthand how amazing he is, they switched practices. If that's not solid evidence, I would like to see the challenge.

Lauren is by far the best doctor i have ever seen. i just recently told her that she is the best because she actually takes interest in her patients. she is one that you are able to open up to about anything and honestly not feel judge at all. I would highly recommend Lauren as your care provider..

Dr bednarek is simply the most competent, caring medical professional I've ever been treated by. He continues to help me greatly. His entire staff is courteous and service oriented as well. Highly recommended!
