Chevron Chama

As we entered Chama we needed to stop for gas and we also took a bathroom break. Bathrooms were clean, does have one stall. Conveniently located! Little shop inside has a few snacks.

Hands down the Best! I've been going to this Chrevron all my life, Ernest, and Bobcat always are ready to help, even when there super busy. I get propane, gas, tires fixed, soda, and those little Debbie cookie sandwiches all the time. It's like going to 1950s gas station. Bathrooms are always super clean. There's a food truck across the street, and a supermarket also.

Had my oil changed here. Good, thorough, friendly service. They checked everything! Fluids, tire pressures, even cleaned my windows. The kind of care you almost never find anywhere any more.

Our experience is similar to another poster's- we hit a very large pothole on the jicarilla and damaged the tire very badly, there were no tools nor spare tire in this rental car, we drove very carefully to Chama and stopped at this Chevron... they were not even open and the guy helped me with the tire anyway!! Truly grateful for his help when not another service center was open- the best part is he only charged me $12.50 which is another act of true generosity. We are very grateful for your help!

Could be a better price on propane but what are you going to do in a rural area?

Great people! They helped me with my 4Runner bumper pegs a few weeks ago. I love Chama!

Nice folks here and prices are usually somewhat competitive. We picked up propane on this trip for the motor home. They even usually have a mechanic on duty. You can get tire repairs too. For a small town you can get most things done here.

I was visiting my Mom in New Mexico on a camping trip. I'm from Denver. As I was leaving, I had a very low, almost flat tire. Chama was 10 miles away, I didn't know if I'd make it. It was Sunday, and I didn't think I would find anyplace to help me. This family owned Chevron took very good care of me, even though the Service Center was closed. I was so grateful, and got home to Denver safely. Thank you so much!!!! I will always refer anyone to you in the area.

Excellent service an a friendly place to stop ther even a shop to get your vehicle repaired, usually come thru for diesel will definitely come back to location

First off they were very helpful!! We had a funny smell coming from our brakes. We drove into Ed's Chevron Service and they checked it out right away!
They were very professional and knew their stuff! They took off the tires to do a simple check, then explained what was going on and showed us. Then didn't charge us as they do this type of check up for free.
Very helpful! Would recommended it to anyone passing by.

There's an old saying if you want something done quick take it to the busiest shop in town. Well this IS the place. Ernest grew up in this shop, working side by side with his Dad. Old world values, hard work, the interest of thier fellow man rubbed off on him. Well his Dad doesn't work the shop anymore. But I know he's a proud father. If you have an urgent problem Ernest will do his best to help you out. Prices are good. Employees all want to help you as fast as they can. It's a very busy little place. Stop in and it will feel like you took a trip home. There's care and help everywhere.

We needed a tire fixed, we stopped and within 20 mins we were back on the road. They have a service garage on site. Very nice and helpful. Thanks all!

Amazing and friendly service. We got a screw in our tire just outside of Chama and Ernest and employees got our tire fixed quickly.

What can I say, Earnest and his family are the best. You need anything here in Chama with your vehicle. This is the place to be. And Bobcat is awesome!
