What outstanding service! We are so pleased with the work Ronnie did on our trailer. We had a challenging leak and he didn’t stop until it was found and fixed. We would definitely recommend both their parts store and service. Thanks for a great experience.

new mexico’s chama rv & trailer owner/tech ronnie carrillo jr. (and son blaine) replaced a faulty water heater pop-off valve on our ‘99 34’ airstream on june 5, a monday, which is a scheduled day-off for him. ronnie offers great service with a positive attitude. he is highly recommended. we were staying at mountain sky rv resort (wonderful owners julia, bill and willie/staff) in chama with nearly 30 fellow airstreamers in our colorado airstream club rally. the narrow gauge cumbres toltec railroad trip is very impressive.

Would definitely recommend this Service to anyone in need of emergency RV repair. Knowlegdable, friendly and well-priced. Great family owned business focused on getting the job done right.

They are usually late when they order something but they do eventually get it in. They never take responsibility for it being late though & that's bothersome. They are knowledgeable.

Left me stranded with a broken leaf springs . Wouldn’t return calls . Very unprofessional ! Worst experience I have ever dealt with any business.
