Safeway Pharmacy

There are 2 Tessas (spl?) that work at this pharmacy that are both very nice. The pharmacist Tessa is one of the most naturally happy, friendly, positive and bright people I have ever met. Anytime she’s working when I go in I leave with a genuine smile on my face 🥰

Outstanding customer service. Had a problem getting my prescription filled at my normal pharmacy. Called Safeway and Bailey, one of the techs there, was able to help solve my problem and called me back promptly.

My experiences at this pharmacy has been very good for the past few years even when they are super busy. Several of the workers are good to deal with but I specifically wanted to call out Natasha who is always a pleasure to deal with :-)

Used to be my go to but this place has become too much of a headache. Refilling the wrong prescriptions, letting their favorite customers cut in line without a please or thank you. Awful service

I cannot express how upset this place of business has made me. Since starting a new medication I found the best out of pocket price was 180 miles round trip for me, but made the trip anyways here to Laramie. It’s been 5 months and not ONE script has been correct. Each time a partial fill or issues getting the needed meds. After all this I STILL choose to drive the distance and shop with them. I called THREE times this week and spoke with someone to make sure it would be ready in full as I would be heading down. How many tries to get three call answered, you don’t want to know. First off it wasn’t ready, secondly after making the 180 mile trip they tell me in person I’m a day early… so now another 360 miles this month to get what I need. Not again… ENTIRE staff is new as well as rude. The pharmacist told me I “bothered” her on the phone for asking a second question right then, rather than call back later. Don’t trust them to have what you need, just go elsewhere

I've never has as much trouble with a pharmacy as I do this one. Nothing is ever filled even hours after calling them in and their waits are ridiculous.

Three trips to this pharmacy, zero prescriptions filled. Nothing in stock. There are much better options in town.

Took them more than 4 days to fill a prescription. After calling multiple times to check on it.
