Hungry Horse Liquor Store and Self Storage

Great customer service ! It's a family run liquor store and they are always nice !! We got to talk with Chris and he shared his story about his wife's engagement and wedding !!! And I got to share my engagement story with him !!! It was a very pleasant visit !!!

Chris was very friendly and full of info for local places to visit. He also gave us plenty of ideas on what we can do with the nice looking Glacier Distillery bottles once we finish the contents. We enjoyed our visit and liked supporting a locally owned business.

This place was SUCH a find! We stopped here on our way to dinner with some friends, and the proprietor was SO incredibly nice. The selection was broad, covering everything from your standards to more specialized and even local selections. He helped us pick out a couple of local options, and was very knowledgeable on the products we asked about. We ended up with a Pinot and a bourbon that we love and the libations really impressed our friends, too. This is an absolute gem! Whenever we’re back in Hungry Horse, we’ll be sure to drop by again. Highly recommend!

Okay booze is just stupid-expensive in Montana BUT ... this little place makes it okay. They have everything you can imagine, the prices are reasonable for the area, and the gal who runs it is just adorable. She's helpful and treats everyone like family. Can't ask for more than that.

2024/01: good selection and service

Owner was very helpful and personable. Talked me through a zillion different local options. Gave me info on the local area. Carried my insane order to the car.

My ignition coil burned out in the parking lot. The lady running the store offered a hand as did the owner the next day. All is taken care of, but I wanted to shout out the owner as a damn good person and as such he deserves the patronage. Also, a very nice little store. Very clean.

What a great selection for such a remote feeling location! The staff is very helpful and passionate about their products. If you are planning a wedding near Glacier National Park, you should give them a call to fill your liquor order - great service.

As Canadians travelling, was great stop to pick up some drinks. Prices were more than fair (even after exchange) and the staff were helpful and friendly. Recomend stopping if picking up alcohols.

Stop at this liquor store if you want some personalized service! They are always super helpful and if u want something special, they will order it for you. They also have a great selection of local wine and whiskey which is actually pretty good!

Great selection, nice staff, following CDC guidelines for COVID. Prices are a little high but otherwise a great spot.
