Pull up to this pilot from Canada. I see Dana with her big smile welcoming everybody in. Right away felt the good vibe because country music was playing in the background so I felt like I was on the soul train ready to dance. Lol but I end up taking a shower and I notice how clean my shower was because of the smell of 409 it was a great smell and the bucket of trash was empty. So Jordan did a great job on how keeps the showers clean and takes out and rebags trash outside. Good job Jordan your boss ought to be proud of you.

Clean facility…shower water was hot and relaxing! Employees in Wendy’s were friendly and helpful

Had a great interaction with the staff at this pilot! Friendly all around and Dana was helping drivers score free drinks through the pilot app for Driver Appreciation month. Keep up the awesome work and positive attitude!

3/23/23 1:00am. The two women working, steller service and very friendly. They helped both me and my wife out and I saw them helping other drivers out too with suggestions to help serve them better. The highway is shut down so the amount of truckers everywhere along with us was crazy.

It's wonderul to see all diesel fuel islands being clean and sanitized, even the garabge cans are shiney. I cant stand touching most of the Pilot/Flying J keyboards and garbage lids, even with gloves on. Excellent job!!!

Great stop! They have a variety of gifts and food! The gas is as reasonably priced. The staff was wonderful, they greeted us and we're busy keeping the place clean. Best part was how clean. All the food areas were spotless and the bathrooms we're brand new and super clean. So nice to have a clean place to take your kids on the road.

it was Awesome that a kind young lady let me know the hot water was low, so i can take 5-10mins then enjoy a clean hot shower. Workers were attentive and everything was in stock. Good prices and selection. Thanks Flying J / Pilot.

Always a great place to stop when traveling. Great coffee! Good snacks. Did you know that you don't have to be driving 18 wheelers to get a shower at the Pilot/Flying J truck stops? When traveling well into the night and a hot shower is what you need, you can get a good shower with a towel & wash cloth, plus dispensed soap to take a refreshing shower in a very well kept, clean shower. I rate 5 star for awesome staff, very clean showers, hot coffee and great snacks when traveling.

Clean station with bathrooms well manintained. A little cramped pulling into and out of the pump areas, but fast fueling. Overall a good place to stop. In my opinion, Pilot / Flying J stations have the best point systems there. Amazing amount of merchandise purchased with points.

This is more of a review for the attached Wendy’s. Stopped in after a long day. Went in to Wendy’s to grab some food. There was a girls basketball team in there. The small staff looked overwhelmed but did the best they could. I had to wait a little but after they were done with the team they started taking orders and I got exactly what I asked for and the staff were friendly and thanked us for our patience.

Extremely nice people. Recently remodeled, great selection of goods, superior showers and Wendy's is at top level. Men's bathroom is clean with expanded capacity. Good place for the family and tired truckers.

Very clean, well lit, staff was very polite. Loved the music they were playing. Bathrooms were clean. Middle of the night and the store was very well stocked. I'm impressed by this pilot. Thank you for making my day better.

I traveled with my boyfriend for two weeks in his Semi truck. We always stopped at your Pilot for showers and food and snacks. Your facility is spotless and the showers are clean with nice hot water. Your entire staff is kind and courteous! We always found what we needed! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Nice place to stop, friendly staff good fuel prices and a great selection of food and snacks. Easy access to get right back on the road. (Personally have no reason to be in Laramie any longer than I have to be) clean restrooms as well so not much more to ask for from a gas station.

Large, clean showers with beautiful tile, sort of like the showers in a public pool. 5-6 hooks on the wall in the personal bathroom area outside, plus two in the shower. There is no door or curtain between the shower itself and the personal bathroom area, but the facility is big enough that it doesn't have to be a problem unless you shower wildly.

Awesome experience!!!! As soon as I walked through the door Ashley greeted me with a very warm greeting & not a generic one as she was cleaning. I was just going to pay for my fuel & go straight to bed. Then Sophia walked up & greeted me as if I worked there or was family. These 2 really do make a great team & could not be more pleasant at the end of a rough day. These are two 5 star players that have smiles that light this place up. Please keep up the good work.
