Got my wisdom teeth removed yesterday with local anesthesia. The process was fast even though my teeth were tough. I truly believe Dr Carvajal is brilliant and has a lot of experience. I was able to sleep well the first night and woke up without pain thanks to the ibuprofen.

I definitely recommend this place!

My wife has been working with Dr. Evan Chalk and his staff now for a fairly drawn out process that ends with surgery. He has been more than informative along the way, he answer all questions (even if we feel we are being ridiculous) has great bedside manor, care and emotion. His presence reminds you that he sees you as a human and not a paycheck. One of the best doctors I have ever met. His entire team inside is great as well from assistant surgeons to Lynn in insurance.

I just wanted to take a second to say how amazing the staff is here. My eight-year-old daughter went in to have a tooth removed on Monday, she was very scared and nervous to be put to sleep. The staff remained calm with her and comforted her through the whole process. I couldn’t be more thankful for these ladies.

I was referred to this office after waiting for a long period of time waiting for extractions. They got me in, did the work that needed to be done despite some issues that I had.

Dr. Carvahal removed my wisdom teeth for me and overall it was an incredible experience. I had no pain without ever taking either pain medication and never experienced any swelling. No one believed me when I told them I just had my wisdom teeth removed! 10/10 recommend.

They were very prompt and easy to work with for everything start to finish. I had my wisdom teeth removed here and it was very easy to make an appointment, my appointment was quick and informative and allowed me to make the correct decision for me. I got lucky enough that they had an opening the day after my appointment for me to come in and have my removal. The hygienist was very enjoyable to talk to and very friendly and made the process a lot more fun. I had Dr. Chalk for both my appointment and my operation and he was very kind and easy to work with. He answered all my questions promptly and he and his hygienist set me on a quick and easy path for recovering with minimal pain.

They accept a wide variety of insurances and my operation was very affordable.

Professional staff and kind service. Doctors and staff very knowledgeable of procedures. I was given unhurried explanations about my concerns. The attending nurse and doctor was very helpful and courteous.

I had the best possible experience considering I had emergency surgery. I felt no pain during the procedures, and the pain that I felt afterwards was manageable. Dr. Carvajal and his staff are the best! They explained every procedure thoroughly and were professional through and through.

Very pleased with Friendly Staff, Convenient Location, Clean and Bright Office. Doctor was Friendly, he verified what the procedure would entail and pain level was minimal. Most of all the Dr. was able to extract tooth all within one visit, that was very helpful because of my 1 hr travel. Overall, Extremely Pleased with my first experience !

Dr Carvajal and his surgical assistant are a fantastic team. They work together flawlessly. They also took all the time I needed to answer any questions I had and to make sure I was well informed of the procedure and recovery. They also made sure to check on me during the procedure to make sure I was doing alright. I couldn’t be happier with the level of professionalism and care that I received there.

Was pleased with my experience. Everyone was super nice and they have a great system setup. I was in severe pain and wasn't expecting to be able to have my teeth extracted. Feeling better than I have in days. Thank you all so very much!!

Great experience with my wisdom removal. I was able to schedule a consultation appointment within a week and then schedule my surgery date within a month from then.

All of the staff was very knowledgeable and I was told exactly how much I would owe out of pocket.

On the day of surgery, I arrived and was taken back within five minutes. I was comfortably in and out in under two hours.

Everyone was very understandable of my anxiousness and did their best to make me feel comfortable. Very happy with the services received and the friendly staff, nurses, and doctors.

I took my husband there for a consultant 2 weeks ago he needed a wisdom teeth pulled. The staff and Doctor where friendly and caring. Today he had the tooth pulled and could not believe how fast and painless it was. He was very impressed with the Doctor and the staff was so helpful. He said he would recommend them to everyone.

Staff here was amazing! They took really great care of me and made me feel so at ease! I will also note that I do have insurance, but the out of pocket costs were much lower than another oral surgeons office in town that I previously consulted with. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received here, considering I had to have 6 teeth extracted. The staff even called a few hours after my extraction to check on me! I was really happy with our experience! The staff was warm welcoming and friendly! The dental staff walked us though all our options and details of our son’s procedure! After our initial assessment visit, they were able to work him in that same day to complete the procedure! The staff at the desk helped me get our dental insurance information squared away, as well as our referral copies pulled up quickly! After the whole visit our 6 year old son was rewarded with a toy from the treasure box, and the lady allowed his younger siblings to pick out toys as well!100% A++

This practice is amazing! Everyone is kind, courteous, and attentive. And efficient! The folks there are professional and personable. I wish I could thank everyone individually by name, because from the time I walked in until the time I walked out following a procedure, I felt confident in the care being provided.
