Pho was good enough to pass my standards. It ain't got the best broth, but tasty nonetheless. Got the extra large pho dac biet. They do not skimp on the meat. Lots of meat. Staff was friendly.

Ordered the Vietnamese coffee. That thing was delicious and it hits like a truck. Imagine driving 3 Celsius' in one go. It'll keep you awake for hours. Great pick-me-up for an out of town person, like me.

The staff is very nice, a bit shy, but attentive. The food was a surprise to me. I thought it was a bubble tea place only. They carry a sugarcane juice test taste just like Guarapo from Puerto Rico.

The food is amazing and so refreshing! The portions are perfect too! The customer service was top tier. They were all so sweet and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed 😭 also an A1 playlist at all times. Definitely a new comfort spot!

Usually I do before photos but this was so delicious that I blinked and everyone had eaten all of their food. The shrimp tempura and chicken seemed to be breaded in house which is awesome. Noodles and broths all tasted great awesome sized portions. Wait staff was excellent experience!!!

I had the chicken pho and coconut milk tea, everything was so delicious that I didn't even get to snap some pics 😭 I'll definitely be back more! The restaurant was very clean, nice environment and the service was outstanding!

I can’t remember the last time I had pho broth that tasted this good…. Had good amount of meat and noodles.We order some apps and drink too everything was great. Friendly staff. We’ll definitely be coming back in between our trips from nyc to vermont

Other than cramped tables, pretty happy with overall experience. First pho place I've tried locally in person since living here. I was surprised to see culantro instead of cilantro in the toppings platter. Still worked. Loved the thai tea boba with lychee jelly and Dác Biet Pho.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. Me and my sister have been here a few times and I have nothing bad to say. The food is good, the atmosphere is nice and the workers are also nice. I highly recommend

There is the best food you will find in the world. i love the food the stuff and everything about this Please, i am telling guys, once you eat here, you will never go anywhere else Trust me, i will put money into that With that being said, go check them out asap

Trying something new while here in Springfield, MA. I even convinced my stubborn husband. Fresh, tasty and worth the money.

Best Taro Boba I've had to this day. Simply incredible and out of this world with a friendly, well mannered staff and a cozy atmosphere.

Great little spot for Vietnamese food and drinks!! The food was fresh and delicious and the boba tea is the best in town. And side not The place is very clean - will definitely be back!

I enjoyed the beef pho when I visited Vinh Chau for lunch. It was filling, healthy, and full of hearty noodles and beef. The other items on the menu are even tastier, such as the fried egg noodles and the house fried rice. The service was prompt and the restaurant clean.

I ordered the fried shrimp tempura with sweet chili sauce and it’s so good. The service was good. Such a clean place

Been a couple times and both times my food was on point the staff was nice and the prices are pretty reasonable will definitely be going back.

Such layered flavor! Star dish was the “beef stew with noodles” trust me when I say it’s worth a try!

My husband and I have been long time customers. HIGHLY recommended. The food is consistently amazing, and on occasion we get the durian smoothie, which is a great sweet treat. You won’t be disappointed.

In 1985, I was introduced to Vietnamese food in Hartford at a restaurant on New Britain ave . I fell in taste with the food, and that was all we had. Over the last 3 decades , Viet restaurants have popped up EVERYWHERE. I've dined in them all , enjoying each one until I stopped in Springfield at Vinh Chau. This is by far, hands down, the absolute finest, authentic Vietnamese cuisine in the North East. A very homey Asian setting, with wide open tables. The menu is pages of every type of Flavor from the land , and includes items not normally found, like alternate soups and noodle dishes.
The Viet Raviolis and Egg rolls are generous portions with home spun sauces for each. The Beef Pho' has the most flavorful , aromatic broth , and the best ingredients I've had in 3 decades. The service was prompt, courteous, and friendly.
Not yet have I given 5 stars to any restaurant of any kind , since becoming a food guide. Vinh Chau gets all 5 and then some.
Find your way through the South Eastern streets of Springfield , park it, and step into a most satisfying Vietnamese dining experience. You've made the very best choice.

Pretty good vietnamese food. The grilled pork was really flavorful. Had a few spices in it that were different than what you typically get at other vietnamese restaurants. The vietnamese coffee was nice and strong. Would recommend.
